It's a veggie restaurant, had a veg Biryani... Typically restaurant style Biryani, with some raita, gravy, papad & onion/lemon...
Taste wise it's good... Rates are reasonable...

My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant tonight and we were both very happy with our meals. I had Dahl makani which was lovely. The venue was busy, clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. This appeared to be a very popular and local eatery and I can see why. We couldn't order our meal until 7.00 pm as we wanted a tandoori naan, but this was not a problem.

Located at Sassoon dock in Colaba this restaurant is a very good place for vegetarian food. Provides with wide variety of North Indian and South Indian delicacies with preserved authenticity. Has new items from time to time based on the season like poori aamras. My friends like gadbad, but I don't find it that exciting. The cost is well within the limit and the taste is worth appreciating. Do visit with your vegetarian friends as this is a place that will satisfy them.
