I have visited on new year ..1stjan 2024 on Monday, The line for darshan is unbelievable.., As it is new year and Monday too bcz of that. Babulnath mandir It's situated near girgaon chowpaty, 110 steps to reach the temple. One of the famous temple in Mumbai. All the pillars as well as the ceiling in the temple feature elements from Hindu mythology. I got darshan after 2:30 mins as so much rush is there.. but temple so beautiful u will feel peace here. Babulnath temple is around 200 years old. Dedicated to lord shiva.temple situated nearly 1000 feet above sea level on hill top. U can use step or else lift to reach temple. For keeping footwear they have arrangement up and down . Do visit..

There wasn't much rush when I visited. There are 120 steps and an elevator is also available. Being a swayambhu, energy of the temple is gripping. If not for spiritual reasons, then go for architecture, the history and the experience. Must visit if you're in Mumbai.

Situated on a small hillock near Girgaum Chowpatty, it is one of oldest mandirs in the city,

It do have washroom facilities and the temple is situated within a residential community has a pleasant aura. The temple is quite old but is well maintained and has beautiful carvings on wall. Also has idols of other gods and their sculptural work is just amazing. I visited here for first time and just loved the temple. Jai Shiv Bhambho❤️✨
