Well, it was an excellent experience vastly different from other bank branch. Had visited 1st occasion for my PL closure and was well guided by Vishika (SC Bank Representative). She even took step ahead and gave information which was not aware to speed up the closure process. Today visited 2nd time and my paper work is done. Vishika was very courteous and fast in her work. She knew acquainted with her job and gave due importance to Customer Service which seems fading away these days.

I came here for some assitance regarding my password for internet banking and vishika ghanshyam assisted me and helped me so good. She told me about new ways to seek help from self. She educated me about Botchat which I must say is very helpful thing. I am stanc customer from 2017 and my main branch is in Jaipur but I travel alot and because of that I have been to many stanc branches in various different citites and all the brances and employees are so helpful they calm you and give you the solution. This is very good bank compared to other government and private bank in India. And at last, once again vishika at this borivali, mumbai branch is so good. Thank you for the quality service.

Staff is always helpful. Bankers are very co-operative, all the facilities are top notch, they are very warm towards you while behaving. Many facilities other than just bank functions are available like bill payments ect. Overall a wonderful experience.
