The servers are quite strange they asked to collect the food and for rest of the people sitting in the table they were been served which i didnt like it actually and food often is cold please do check your burger before consuming just check it this i have been observing since last 2 years and i often go there since i have no option except going to mulund which is also bad in service kfc genuinely has issue of serving cold food

Staffs are busy among themselves talking. Least interested to help customers. Forcing to use the online machine instead of counter order. But interesting fact is staff themselves are unaware of the technical glitches and couldn't help the customers in any way. Customers are forced to remember their order number, they won't provide any token or write it on your order copy. Very poor staff service. But food is love always for KFC. It is required to mention that staffs are very unprofessional, unaware of their own things, not at all helpful.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the restaurant and the effort put into maintaining a comfortable dining environment.

I love KFC for its finger licking good food ! The taste is just fabulous. It’s freshly made and has authentic taste . I recently visited the outlet which is located in Powai to try out their newly launched dish called CHIZZA . It was really something unique and different. A combination of chicken with pizza . The taste is good . Overall there are many other things available too that you must try . Service : 8/10. Ambience:7/10 Food : 9/10 .

It's My Fav place They Serve Halah chicken This is one place that we always visit whenever we are in Powai. This KFC outlet is located at Hiranandani Powai, opposite Galleria. It has been one of my favourite place to have a quick evening snackings and fun very Good hygiene, cleanliness and quick service is a bonus. ⭐ Popcorn Rice bowls, Chicken zinger burgers, are my most favorite This outlet and the staffs never disappointed. ❤💞 Let’s see how’s the experience on my next visit
