Zytun - The Restaurant You may find the road to reach the restaurant bit crowded and the parking space seemed a bit congested. The restaurant is part of Hotel Metropolis Mumbai on Marol-Maroshi Road (Andheri). Ambience: The ambience of the restaurant was good, the lighting was decent and the restaurant is medium sized. Staff: The staff was polite. Food: We had ordered the Chicken Manchow Soup. The soup was bit salty but it tasted nice with good amount of chicken in it. We had also ordered Chicken Clear Soup which was very well prepared. Following that we were served - Chicken Badami Malai Kebab. It was something new for us and we were trying it for the first time. It was cooked in cream and roasted almonds and it tasted very nice. Highly Recommended. And at the end, we had Chicken Tikka Biryani which also bit salty. Crowd: Since we had reached the restaurant late (around 10 PM), the restaurant was less crowded. You would find mostly families dinning in here. There are very few good restaurants in this locality, I would recommend to contact the restaurant in advance for reserving table(s) during peak hours (for lunch & especially dinner). Rating: 4 / 5

We went here for quick dinner. We ordered pahadi kabab chicken and mutton biryani here. We were in hurry so asked waiters to prepare quickly and he later came with a suggestion which can be prepared quickly, he was courteous and we really liked the service even , ambience was good here, however, quantity of the product given was less.

Zytun - Gold restaurant. Total Bill - RS 280 (divided amongst 3 people) We ordered - 1) Chicken tandoori - 3/5 Taste was great but I've had better tandoori in other places. Small chicken pieces, not huge like a tandoori should be. The green chutney served along side was yum though and really enhanced the flavor of the dish. 2) Chicken Biriyani (RS 280) - 3/5 Tasty biriyani rice but a full bowl of biriyani will get you only 2 chicken pieces, which was not adequate at all. They serve you tons of rice but no chicken to balance it out to presumably save on their costs. It's tasty but if you're a chicken fan more than a rice fan, it's a mediocre dish. Ambience - wonderful ambience. Very clean and neat, comfortable seating area, well lit, great pristine washrooms. Prompt service and we got our bowl of extra chutney whenever we asked for it. Overall food - 6/10 Overall ambience - 10/10 Cost total - RS 280 (Gold - one dish was free)
