A small restaurant located in Colaba. It is frequented with locals as well as foreigners. It's interior is quite simple and had a small AC dining hall. On getting the aromas outside, had ordered a half Tandoori chicken. However, it took a bit of time to get served. Once it was served, took a bite of it. The leg piece, wing tasted good with the marinated masala in it. The quantity was good. The ambience was good. The service was fine. The price was slightly on a higher side. Overall, a good place for Tandoori & Mughlai cuisines.

We were recommended Mezban by a friend who said to try the butter chicken (she said it was her favourite in this area). We loved it and the Veg Thali we ordered. Staff were friendly and food came quick. We will be back!

Awesome food, we ordered Tanduri chicken, chicken tikka masala and dal tadka. The taste of tikka masala was really nice. And the rate was also competitive, in fact less than a Pune restaurant.

Food is just delicious.
Had ordered mutton biryani the mutton pieces where tender and properly done to the mark.
Not too spicy and not too low on the spice level perfect blend of masala.
Also tried Chicken lababi or lababdar again this is best for kids as it's boneless and medium spicy..

Tried there Puth rice and its good for 2 people.
The meat is well cooked and rice has good masala in it so u dont feel need for any gravy.
Gurda Kalegi fry is ok. Cant be compared to the one served by Ideal restaurant which is next door.

If you are a fan of Mughali and arabic food and you are in Colaba area than this is a perfect place...... This place is known for its authentic Mughali crusine......... I have visited this place number of times..... The tea here is excellent....most of the times i especially come for the tea all the long...... I have tried a lot of the things in their menu but my favourite is the Mix grill thaal -4.5/5 it's perfect for 2 people as it serves a variety of non veg dishes in one plate with there special White sauce....
I have tried fish chilly and paneer chilly - 4/5 which was really awesome and taste really good. I also tried mutton sheak kabab-3.5/5 it was really tender and soft.
I also tried there special zakani pulav which was different but delicious. 4/5.
They also have some refreshing sweet lime drinks
