We just cannot have enough of Mainland China food. Yesterday was our 4th visit in as many months. Our food order was more or less same, Chicken Monchow soup,Prawns in black pepper sauce ( 2 rounds of same dish yesterday. Can you believe it?) The bartender Arun made a very special Tequila based cocktail which I ordered but then everyone repeated the order as it was soo good. The wonderful staff Chiranjit, Brian, hostess Ayesha and Dinesh now recognize us and gave so much love and warmth that it makes our each visit more pleasurable than before. The law of diminishing returns has not kicked in yet till our 4th visit. Thank you team Mainland China Andheri Mumbai for giving us a wonderful evening as we drew curtains on 2023.

Food is okay, they gave us complimentary crackling spinach which tasted superb. Appetizers were okay, mocktail was nice, rice were like nothing special, they serve chilli soaked in oil which i guess substitutes the sauces you get at regular chinese restaurants *adds 10% service charges to the bill, which can be removed on request*

Very rarely I give 5 stars for all.the categories Food Service Atmosphere I had crispy corn and water chestnut Hot and spur soup Exotic veg in yellow gravy Steam rice All mouth watering delicious. Service was excellent The staff introduced himslef by his name Asked about our choice spicy non spicy And responded to our queries with honesty and clarity. Atmosphere The tables are spacious there is good amount of space between two tables Dim lighting but enough to see the food on our plates. Perfect place for Dinner for Chinese cuisine.

Mainland China a legendary place almost for 30 years has now revamped the food and beverage menu that complements the new age and gen-z crowd too. This outlet is quite great located, standalone with great parking space. Also reachable by public transport, just 2 mins away from Lower Oshiwara metro station. The ambiance is so elegant for fine dining vibe. One can't resist complementing their work on everything right from ceiling, seats, bar, walls, partition and even the waiting area. Pretty good option for a romantic date. Special mention for the new bar menu that's quite impressive. The signature cocktails are curated by famous mixologist from London. Drinks kept matching the oriental cuisine centered. We tried two drinks and were highly impressed. 1) Thai Vacay - A vodka and coconut rum based drink that's packed with flavours. Basil, mint, lemongrass hitting with each sip makes this a flavourful affair. 2) Blooming Tea Sprtizer - This drink is an artwork as the gin is infused with Jasmine. Elder flower cordial makes it more floral flavours packed. Adding a little sparkling wine to it makes it more flavorful. However the main attribute is the blooming tea, that keeps blooming and imparting the earthy flavours. Very impressive drink and my favorite on menu. Let's talk about food : Always a great experience with food so would never go wrong with it. 1) Soup : Shangsi Crab Meat What a spectacular soup it is! Most juiciest and sweet crab meat with little spices giving the flavours so perfect. Must order and its not even heavy. 2) Dimsums : Pearly Crab Dumpling This one is most most favorite on menu now. The juicy and sweet crab meat complementing the soy broth very subtly. 3) Crispy Prawn Cheung Fun : This one is very delicious option. The rice paper rolls with crispy prawns and that soy broth drenched smooth goodness makes it a different experience. 4) Sichuan Peppercorn Numbing Chicken : This is a famous spicy Chicken recipe also known as Chengdu chicken or Chongqing chicken. Loaded with sichuan chillies, salted chicken pieces and peppers and peanuts. This one is spicy and make sure you dont eat the chillies. Main course : We chose the best dishes recommended by server Ratnesh as he did best job earlier. 1) Cantonese King Prawn Blackpepper sauce : Lovely spicy and flavorful sauce and those huge sized prawns were absolutely delicious. A total delight if paired with nice fried rice. We had this with super flavorful Chilli XO seafood Jasmine rice which paired very well with the curry. This rice had nice prawns pieces and fish pieces. Dessert: It was confusion to choose the show stopper but then we were recommended Berry Forest by Ratnesh. Its the most beautifully presented Dessert I feel. A bowl full of cake crumb and berries and a scoop of berry ice cream and a chocolate stick holding the luscious Candy Floss the entire beautiful plated dessert is brought with a plate of dry ice giving smokes all over. As always the food, service and ambiance has been the best. Best fine dine in Mumbai. Pricing wise its still not that bomb I feel. Definitely visiting again for more cocktails and some new dishes.

Hey so it was mainland China this week with hubby Nice feel Completely revamped Spacious Blown away by the cocktails they served Dim sum was awesome However full credit to the chung fung ( one of the best I have had ) I used to b a regular This place looks more spacious Had a couple of chicken and prawn starters And in mains their thai curry and one chicken dish with oyster sauce Lovely dessert ( nostalgic ) when I see candy Overall an amazing treat All the best mainland Way to go Cheers Ps . This place holds a special place in my heart. The food is delicious and hospitality is amazing . We got great suggestions from Dinesh who had in-depth knowledge of the dishes. Our recommendations: 🥳 Chicken and Straw Mushroom Siu Mai Dimsum : Soft and delicious combination of chicken stuffed dimsums 🥳Prawns Black Pepper Basil : A subtle preparation of fresh prawns in basil sauce 🥳Shangei Crab Meat Soup : Chunks of boneless crab meat soup slow cooked for amazing flavour 🥳Sanpei Claypot chicken : Served in authentic traditional claypot the sanpei chicken is lip smackingly good 🥳Chili XO Seafood Jasmine Rice : Loaded with crab meat and prawns this Jasmine rice is drool worthy 🥳Salted Caramel Tart : the best dessert on the menu must try a sweet mixture of blissfulness

Definitely best places for Chinese and asian cuisine. Located at Andheri West. This restaurant has breathtaking Ambience and dim lights. It's a perfect place for a date or to enjoy time with family with amazing food. I tried their veg menu. Very tasty dimsums and momos. Definitely a must try here. I had their cheesecake with icecream which was so so yummy. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend you to try this place for a wow experience of pan asian cuisine.
