Review Red Cork Bistro - Mukilteo

We ordered the cheese platter, soup of the day, Airline Heritage Chicken, Blackened Shrimps and Grit and a Margarita. The cheese and soup are really good. I especially love the cheese platter. Everything is so balanced. The entrées are very salty. My husband had the blackened shrimps and grits and it was too salty that he could not eat. However, service is exceptional. The staff frequently checked on us and asked for our feedback and happily remade the salty dish for us so they made up for the salty dish. The remade version is perfect. I don’t know if they just have salty food in general or if it’s just an accident. I would definitely double check and ask them to check the saltiness the next time I dine in here. Smoky Margarita is also very good. The restaurant is in a plaza shopping center so parking is very easy and free.

Red Cork Bistro is one of my favorite restaurants since I've moved up. The staff are all friendly and make amazing recommendations. The drinks are just the right amount of strong and delicious. The mezcal margarita is great. I've not been disappointed with the food yet. I had the hummus plate appetizer previously and got a broccolini and mixed salad with cheese more recently. Both were fantastic. I've had the chicken roulade the first time and the lobster Mac and cheese special more recently. Both were delicious. The blueberry crumble cake for dessert is to die for. The ice cream sundae with almond roca was also quite good

Well, we found another 10/10. Red Cork is the perfect little hole in the wall that reminds me of some of my favorite places our family went when I was growing up. The staff and the owner Adrian greeted us with such warmth and took very good care of us. They also made some amazing recommendations on apps, entrees, wine & dessert. The Caesar salad is one of the richest and best around. The wild boar fettuccine Bolognese was divine. The chicken parmesan is exactly what you are looking for if it's one of your favorites (we got it with the accompanying pasta in a gorgonzola sauce). Their wine pairing suggestion was spot on and the delicious dessert (a decadent pumpkin spice cream cheese roll with cinnamon ginger ice cream) was just made fresh by their in-house pastry chef. This place definitely deserves your attention and we will definitely be coming here on the regular.

Normally I would post pictures of the food but everything looked so good that we couldn’t wait to try it. We were not disappointed. Everything on the menu sounded amazing. The menu was not overwhelming at all. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and had recommendations at the ready. The food was excellent! I didn’t even have to add salt (if you knew me you would know that that’s a big deal). We will be back and eventually will try everything on the menu. You’ve got to try this cute little bistro!

Great cocktails and fantastic, gourmet-level food. Better than some Michelin star restaurants I’ve been to. Seriously top-notch. And the location is so convenient for us! Will definitely be coming back again and again. I had the bolognese and my husband had the shrimp and grits. Both were delicious, beautiful, and impeccably balanced. I’m convinced you cannot go wrong here.

Really great local place to hit up for a date night. It's best to reserve a table ahead of time as it is fairly small and it could be difficult to get a seat on a busier night. The food is delicious but I wish their menu was a little more varied. High recommend!

Red Cork Bistro is a nice place. I suggest reservations. The locals seem to love it. The staff is attentive and responsive. The food expensive, but if you are looking for relaxation while sipping on a drink you found the right place. Enjoy the atmosphere.

Great food and very friendly staff. Definitely recommend. I've walked by this place a hundred times and finally went in. So glad I did. I had the pear and goat cheese salad which was so refreshing. Great wine selection and cocktail list. We will definitely be back!

This place is my favorite spot in Mukilteo!!! The food is amazing, the cocktails are even better and the staff is fantastic! Cozy environment, it’s the perfect kind of place to go with family, friends, colleagues, first date, anniversaries, you name it! � Wish I could give it 10 stars.

I have always been very happy with the food, beverages, and service here. However, last night I went to the "happy hour" at the future of flight which is catered by red cork. The food was limited and of poor quality. The chicken skewers were fatty and lacked flavor. The only other food available was the pork tacos which I didn't try because they didn't look appetizing. My Coors Light cost $6.00 which doesn't seem like a happy hour price to me. I wanted to order the sangria, which looked very refreshing but they ran out with 1 1/2 hours to go in the evening. I was really looking forward to this event as Mukilteo needs some new "night life". I left feeling very disappointed and hungry.

I eat lunch here about 3 times a week. Everything, everyday is fresh, always, and made from scratch. Chef Adrian is fantastic, and his hand made soups are the best I've had. On Friday's he serves the best corn chowder you will ever taste. The staff is great too. Do yourself a favor and visit RCB.

Adrian and the RCB family are absolutely amazing! We had a private party there this weekend and the food, service, music and attention to detail was beyond fantastic. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect place. Thank you!

The food was great. I had the Thai Chili Prawn Pasta. I would definitely order this again. Excellent flavor. Had the beef tenderloin bites as and appetizers. They were delicious.

The food is fresh from the kitchen with fresh ingredients. Adrian is a culinary genius! The staff is service oriented and friendly. Thumbs up!

Love the food, love the service, love the atmosphere!!! Nice cozy place. Food is always fresh, never deep fried. We stop in at least 2 times a week, it's that good!!! Love to support our locals!! Give it a try you will be glad you did!!
