This place never disappoints. Dave our server was friendly and attentive. Johnny the owner stopped by to chat. We knew this is his last winter and are disappointed. The Caesar salad and warm goat cheese salad and duck rigatoni pasta and chocolate moose and berry cobbler were all great as expected. Johnny best wishes in your next adventure.

😱 It was GREAT. The food is good, plus the staff is super amazing. I strongly recommend the Calamari Steak for the first course.

Wonderful food and service, we had a great time. The trout was really good, the warm goat cheese salad was delicious, and the cooler, coconut ice cream, and chocolate moose was so good.

The good: the food is very delicious and well thought out. This is a chef with experience. I don’t see where there are complaints in lacking of flavor. The bivalves were just right with a brine you could sop with a piece of bread, which it comes with. If I could offer advice on this dish, add one more piece of bread. The juice that comes with the mussels is amazing in itself and is worthy of consumption. The duck rigatoni is a masterpiece of flavors in itself, thinly sliced duck sausage hiding amongst tender rigatoni pasta just bursting with seasoning that made every bite enjoyable. Nonna’s beef braise brought me back to a hardy beef stew my grandmother from the old country would make during winter. The beef was tender, well seasoned, and absolutely a pleasure to consume alongside the polenta’s ooey gooey consistency with just the right amount of veggies nestled in. Can some of the entrees use more salt?…maybe if you’re used to eating McDonalds. French cuisine doesn’t call for a lot of salt…it is added by the individual to their taste. For anyone to have complained about flavor being the issue…maybe lay off the fast food and drugs. The Bad & Ugly: here’s where sadly TVT comes short. Service is extremely slow, as in I’ll hit retirement age by the time the pre fixe menu is complete which is a shame from a business standpoint. My wife and I waited approximately 15 min until a waiter acknowledged us…unacceptable. The waiter was very courteous and polite and I will say she was wonderful. By the time appetizers came out 45 min have elapsed, this is unacceptable in this industry. I hope they improve in this aspect because the chef has so much talent in the recipes I tried that it would be a shame for that talent to be overshadowed by lackluster service.

We came here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and it was a bit of a let down. The food was good but not great. We had tapas: calamari steak, Spanish tortilla, meatballs, and artichoke. They all tasted fine but were nothing to rave about. Also ordered sangria and it was ok--thankfully not too sweet but was just lacking in depth of flavor. Dessert was cobbler a la mode and it was decent, but our waitress seemed overwhelmed and took a few minutes to bring us spoons, during which we watched the ice cream fully melt before we could have a bite. The service in general was lacking and the staff seemed overworked. They do have a dog friendly patio, so that is always a plus for me. Overall I just found it underwhelming, and with Telluride's prices, that is always a disappointment. We wouldn't come here again but were glad to try it once.

Best happy hour at Telluride! Great selection of tapas (half price) that were delicious, as was the red sangria ($22 for a litre) and beer (true blonde)! We had the cod croquetas, meatballs, garlic shrimps (2 orders), ribs and artichoke hearts. My only regret is that we only went there once!

I had the goat cheese salad, and Jamon Cerrano as appetizers and the paella as an entrée. The salad and jamon cerrano was good. The paella didn’t really represent a paella. It as bland, and didn’t really taste like paella. It was very disappointing and expensive for the quality of food.

Food was excellent, the lady that greeted us was very nice. We were a party of seven and had to have a reservation. Server was nice but he wouldn't do separate checks for our group. We also were very disappointed with some of the charges we experienced. Two people in our group ordered a glass of house Cab and House Chard. When we got the bill Cab $28 & Chard $24!! It ended up being the most expensive wine by the glass listed on the menu!! We also were charged Gratuity which was fine since we are a group of 7 but it was charged on top of the tax which meant the server gave himself a 22% tip.
