Mcdonald's

OMG! The Mt. View, Missouri McDonald's can't get an order right and my order last night was COLD! I ordered on the app and asked for no onions, no salt and add tomatoes. On the two quarter pounders with cheese. They left off the tomatoes, which I had paid for. After I placed my order I asked for it to be delivered curbside. Normally the wait is 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, I went inside and asked about my order. The assistant said, it's here we just have been to busy to bring it out to you. She slowly picked up the bag and brought it over to me. She said it had just came up. The bag was COLD! No way had the burgers just been cooked and sent up for delivery. As soon as I got to my truck, I checked one of the burgers and it was cold. I called the store on the way home and asked to speak to the supervisor. NO Supervisor was on duty. I asked for them to take my number and have her call today. The floor manager or walker tried to refuse to take my number. He wanted me to keep calling back until I reached the manager. I explained that was not good customer service and he reluctantly took the number. I am still waiting on a call back.
