Cold Stone Creamery

The ice cream was fine, mostly did not enjoy the experience because this place is very disheveled and unclean. If the owner/manager cares about this place, it doesn’t show. The night we went we were the only customers in the store, and walked in to both of the workers behind the counter on their phones - which is fine, if the store and workspaces are clean and they truly have downtime. When my husband asked to speak to the manager about a question he had, a man who had been sitting at a nearby table (also on his phone) stood up and introduced himself. So even the manager himself was not bothered by the sticky tables, ice cream handprints on the walls, dirty glass counter, etc. If this is what the front of the store looks like, it makes me nervous to know what state the back of house is in.

I went to buy ice cream and there was HAIR IN MY ICE CREAM the hair was so long and the cup had hair all over it. Also the ice cream cup was all filthy don’t ever go to that Cold Stone the ice cream looks all old and it’s all melted. It’s so dirty in there the man that served me was rude. And he gave me my change all wrong. It was horrifying.

2nd time coming here. The first time it tasted bomb! :) We both got a chocolate coffee ice cream milkshake with whipped cream on top. It was $13.90 (we both got the love it size) and honestly it is totally worth buying because it tastes really freaking good!! The quality of the icecream, the texture of it and the taste is just way better than a fast food milk shake for example. I'm glad I tried coldstone's because it turns out they actually can make a pretty bomb milkshake. ✌ My only complaint is that they need to work on cleanliness. Both times I came in, it looked rather dirty (it might just be the glass in front of the ice cream that looks dirty) but it makes the overall atmosphere of the place seem less clean that's my only issue. Overall I had a good experience.

Gonna be honest, I really only come for the Cheesecake Fantasy creation. The ice cream is divine, and is excellent alongside the fruits and graham crackers. I did try the boo batter ice cream recently as well. It was okay. More geared towards the sugar-loving children. Overall, decent service for the most part. Ice cream is overpriced but worth it every once in a while!

Went there this past week because we love cold stone but sadly this one has ruined it for me. The employees were wonderful and friendly but the ice cream was horrible. You could tell that most of it looked very old but I decided to give it a try. I even added a chocolate dipped cone to the order. Sadly the moment I tried the ice cream it was horrible. It had strange rubbery like chunks in it that were not supposed to be there and when I tried the cone I had to spit it out it was so old. I think sadly due to the lack of customers at this time this place has fallen short and are serving old items to get rid of them since they went so long having to stay closed. Old items should have been tossed and new ones made once they opened again. I will not be going here again.
