Love the coffee and the cozy feel to this place. The baristas are great and know how to make a coffee just the right way and deliver quality service. Beans make a difference and they use good ones but how to balance the milk proportion is equally important and they do it very well. They have delicious pastries and love their chia pudding as well (runs out quickly over the weekend). It's slightly away from the main hub on Castro but that also means you can find parking relatively easily.

General feel good environment. Service generally great and drinks/food was consistent with other Peet's. Nothing to complain about here.

There was no signs visible at front door to let you know that the location has gone contactless with cash. Also when I asked the barista to go ahead and make my drinks that I was just going to my car to get my card to pay. She said she was not able to.. because we would have to get in line and re do the whole process.. I was not asking for any special treatment.. It was my first time in this location and might be my last. I will stick to my normal Peet’s coffee shop in Palo Alto.

Love this Peet's location in downtown Mountain View. Aside from the great people who work here and make you feel welcome, the space itself is very open and airy and inviting. You have room to enjoy your coffee with either your laptop or with friends.

Easily the most beautiful Peet’s in the area with a gorgeous patio/view of Castro Street to match. Toni and Chelsea both went so far beyond expectations to help me find a solution to take my little succulent from the Art Walk home without letting in topple in my bike bag. I felt so valued and welcome to that I wish you could just copy and paste them to every other Peet’s location. You guys are gems. And the coffee was great, too!
