Baskin-robbins

I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances but they just seem so rude here. Usually it is protocol to greet guest as they are in-line or waiting to be helped. This lady Rose would not even make eye contact. After saying hello multiple times, which I knew she heard me because I did hello very loud, Rose still chose to ignore us. I will not be returning to this location because they do not embrace acknowledge people who walk through their doors. As a business owner I train my staff to greet customers by saying things such as “Welcome, someone will be right with you.” Or thank you for waiting, we’ll be right with you. This does several things, it creates safety by being aware of surroundings, and it is Just a simple acknowledgement, that we honor and value our customers. Today I was not even agknowedge and I will Not return where they just don’t care. I also suggest if you expect any type of customer service, trained support, or a great experience , this is not the best Baskin Robins, the one in Mt. View is much better and owned by a loving family.

It's a standard ice cream shop with standard prices, nothing out of the ordinary, but given the size and shape of the venue being a sliver on the side of the building, and given the current issues from COVID, you will be in a line that is out the door and wrapping around the building two to three stores down, with a queue time of 20-30 minutes. Beyond the control of the people inside, but it's not built very well to withstand the constraints from the pandemic.
