3rd vehicle in the drive through line. I had to wait at the speaker for 6 minutes. 20 minutes in line, get to the window and wait and wait before employee says my popcorn chicken (the only thing I ordered) is going to rake a bit and to pull forward. Five more minutes of waiting. Will never go to this establishment ever again. Popcorn chicken was way over cooked as well. Grrrrr...

Where do I start…. We’ll the shake machine was down again…… the lady had an interesting attitude after I asked her to add an additional ten piece chicken nugget. She refused to ad it at the window. I have actually never had anyone say no to a one item add on. The thing that really just topped it off was her attitude the entire transaction.

After a long drive we were getting hungry so we stopped at the Jack in the box. The drive-thru line had several cars in it while the surrounding fast food places had none. We got the spicy chicken sandwich meal and the 30 piece tiny Jack tacos. Definitely hit the spot!

This is review is not directed towards this location specifically, but I've been to several Jack in the Boxes over the past few weeks (I'm on the road for work a lot) and everyone has been out of ranch, Frank's Red Hot Sauce, etc. What sauces are available determine what menu items I may order. It's very disappointing that I only discover this after placing my order and get to the window to get my food. Today, I'm sitting in the parking lot and have an order of curly fries that I'm probably going to toss because I don't like them without ranch dip. Had I known this ahead of time, I could have modified my order.
I realize that shortages happen, but it would be very helpful if there were someway to let your customers know what you are out of prior to them placing their order. Either via a sign, or by having the order taker saying something before taking the order. I'm tired of paying for food that I will either just throw out, or simply don't enjoy because of a basic lack of communication.

The foods ok at best. A typical fast food stop, same quality of food, same quality of workers.
~edit~ service is not excellent not even close. And the food is still ok at best. I am sure I will go back as the food is cheap and quick.

Nothing but issues with this place. As a former manager of a jack in the Crack. I don't appreciate employees lying saying they can't remove an item from a salad cause they are prepackaged. No they are premade 3 days ago. It's unlawful to refuse to work with someone's allergies. So I gave said salad to my door dasher, she appreciates your teams stupidity. I do not. Next time I'm sueing. You can remove bread for some mythical "allergy" cause people get fat, but can't remove cucumbers which can kill me just from the smell.
