Kfc

Arrived at 7pm on a Monday night, my daughter just flew in from a tour overseas so we had a lot of people at the house. I offered 3 family meals knowing that I would have to wait close to an hour. I was told that they where two people short, I told them I did not mind waiting. They refused to take my order. I under stand being short handed, but that it not my problem my problem is I was very nice and willing to wait and she was still rude, ended up at caseys for pizza and happily waited an hour and 15 min.

They were redoing the eat in part so my husband had to stand in the drive thru line to order and pick up because we are in our RV. They were standing at the counter when he walked in and instead of helping him, they told him to go up to the window at the drive thru. Then I got thr smallest thigh piece I have ever seen at a KFC. Not a happy camper.

Came through the drive-thru on Sunday, June 5th about 1pm. The food is great and the man who took our money and gave us our food, Quinten, was very kind and apologized for the wait. This would be deserving of a 5 star review if it was not for the manager who was yelling at, and belittling her employees the whole entire time we were sitting at the window waiting. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful considering she is the MANAGER of the store and these people. Making people feel stupid and yelling at them over a simple mistake is not how a Manager should act. I would not EVER want to work for someone like that.

Can you give zero stars? They dont deserve that. Ordered 12 pc bucket meal, which is TWELVE pieces of chicken, 3 sides and SIX biscuits. Went through drive thu. Lobby not open due to shortage of help. Didnt check order until a few minutes later. Then realized only got 8 pcs of chicken and 4 biscuits . Maybe they need to hire some 1st graders at least they can count.

ONLY rated a 1 bcuz u can't leave a comment if not.. however they are nasty.. they clean NOTHING... drop food & put in deep fryer a couple mins & serve to ppl.. the manager is rude, cusses employees while window is open, very disrespectful to customers & never gets orders right & when u tell her, she pretty much shrugs her shoulders!! Steve was a better supervisor for this place & as long as she's a Manger, this place WILL continue to go to HELL!!!
