Back Porch Smokehouse

The food was awesome. The meat had a good smoky flavor and was tender. It was cooked to perfection. The ribs may have been the best part of it all. They are the best ribs I've ever gotten from a restaurant.The chicken tenders were great too. And finally let's talk about the bbq sauce! It was sweet and delicious.

I loved this place. It’s on the lake so you can sit on the patio and watch for birds, including eagles, which live nearby. The dining area is casual and the servers were friendly. I really enjoyed my pulled pork and had their home made “tater salad” and baked beans. All was great. I also tried the banana pudding which was also very good. Certainly worth the little detour drive by Renfro Valley.

Some EXTREMELY Tasty BBQ. Hubby and I took home 2 smokehouse platters.....we could have shared one, there was so much. We had lunch dinner and another lunch. Even better reheated the next day. Both styles of sauces are good too. Just moved to the area and this will be a GO TO place we company comes to visit

My husband and I are from SC and I looked up some restaurants in the vicinity with great reviews. We wanted to try some southern food. I found this place and it was wonderful! Great service and food! You have Lake Linville for a beautiful view outside. The owner was so kind and helped us chose our food. She even gave us some extra food to try. Some of the best BBQ sauce I have ever tasted and they homemade it! The food truly tasted homemade. Thank you so much for making our experience great! We will definitely be returning.
