Food was horrible. Surprisingly, during dinner rush. I order a 4 for 4 meat and cheese were COLD. The chicken NUGGETS like rubber, The cookie package was greasey and the cookie was hot and HARD. I was not going back, I figured ill give then A few months to sort things out. However, I enjoyed the fries and a strawberry lemonade.

The experience was not great today. The bathrooms and the whole restaurant, for that matter, were filthy. One of the pop machines didn't work, and the service was extremely slow. It appeared they may have been short staffed. However, someone has to solve the staffing problem or you will lose business. The only nice thing I can say is that the food tasted good.

We love their 50nugget family meal deals. And the kids absolutely love getting mini frosties every time we go (we have never had issues getting frosties at this location before, but have had the ice cream machine down at several other Wendy's).
This last time I was a little disappointed in their bacon and cheese fries. Because this container was full of french fries and a dollop of nacho cheese sauce with about four small pieces of crumbled bacon on it. Normally they're loaded baked potatoes and bacon cheese fries are pretty well filled. Sadly this last time they were barely any toppings on either which was somewhat disappointing 😞

I have no problem with you closing for Easter but a sign or something would have been a good move. The automated greeting at the drive thru makes you think you are waiting for someone to take your order. This was frustrating.

I didn't feel like a welcomed customer. The young woman that waited on me barely spoke to me except for the total cost of my order. I think I inconvenienced her by walking in. The food was good though.

The kid working the counter was extremely sarcastic with the customer in front of us when the customer was trying to verify if the order was his or not. When the employee was asked his name he gave a fake name (the name that was on the order). When the customer asked to see the manager, the manager laughed and went in the back with the employee and made fun of the customer loudly. We left without ordering.

Lady at the drive through window was very rude. We explained we had 3 large drinks, and they have us two mediums and a large. She got very rude with us and continued to roll her eyes. Not the best customer service

Food quality was poor. We get two drinks, one straw. Had to ask for condiments twice. Ketchup packets stuck together. Yuck! The burger was under weight. So much for fresh fries. We wouldn't be saying much, but we have given this location chance after chance the since covid started & its subpar. The only service available is drive thru or we would be taking the food back. When it was "full service" the food quality and customer service was so much better.
