Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Placed my online order at 7:33pm for 3 tenders and fries. Went inside at 7:45 and stood around and no one acknowledged me or asked what I ordered. Two workers were standing around on their phones. I waited for them to call out my order and watched them call out several others before finally asking about my order. I didn’t get my food until 8:20 and that was after some guy who was also waiting yelled at the workers to get me my food. I finally got home and realized they forgot my fries.

Food was awesome! People were super friendly, esp the manager. We got a big meal thingy with 16pc tenders, biscuits, mashed potatoes/gravy, cole slaw, red beans and rice and added popcorn shrimp. I was all reeeaallly good!! It was our first time trying their red beans and rice and o m g it was the bomb diggety!! Great job Popeyes! You Rock!

Chicken was old. Wing was so dried out couldn't eat it, breast by the time I peeled off the excess breading it was 1/3rd the size. But the biggest disappointment was the chocolate Beignets. 3 soggy, greasy lumps of chocolate filled dough tossed in a bag that had literally a half pound of powered sugar in it.

Stood in front of counter ,while 10 employees looked at me but acted like I wasn't going to be waited on,so I walked off for about 20 minutes, then went and stood right in front of the register and the "MANAGER, And about 7 other employees totally ignored me! ....so I went to "FREDDIE'S STEAK-BURGERS" And they took my order as soon as I walked in, and I think "pop-eye's" did me a HUGE FAVOR because I had never ate at "FREDDIE'S before, best burger I have ever had!!!...so,thanks to the rude employees at pop-eyes,I am a big fan of FREDDIE'S FOREVER!!!
