Sonic Drive-in

10 minutes of waiting for them to take my order at the stall. Never got a "give me a moment", or a single word. Watched them take an order of someone that came in after us. They cleared the drive thru so we thought we could stand a better chance there. Only one in the line, and 5 minutes of waiting for them to say a word. Nothing.... Absolutely ridiculous. I understand short staffing. I understand lunch rush. But I don't understand their lack of saying a single word to assure us that they were going to get to us. Glad I didn't order on the app. Then I'd be forced to wait for them to give me my food. At least this way I was able to leave and go somewhere else.

We don't come here very often since it's all the way on the opposite side of town for us. We went on a Sunday afternoon around 130 pm and went through the drive thru and was in and out quickly. We might have waited for about 8 minutes from taking our order to leaving. We ordered the new bursting slushies. My kids love them!!

We had fast and friendly service through the drive thru. We ordered a Strawberry Cream Slush—so good. There are bits of real strawberries in it along with some ice cream. We also tried their breakfast burritos. I recommend the SuperSonic burrito. It has sausage, jalapeños, and tater tots in it. Plus, they serve breakfast all day.
