Buffalo Wild Wings

Came in for late dinner and Miranda was super helpful she told us her name and that she was happy to assist us today . From me having a bad day today this was the best experience. She was very happy and came to ask us if we needed anything a few times and made sure we were doing ok. the food was nice and fresh and nice timing too. Thank you Miranda you are awesome!!

If I could do a 1/2 a star I would. Our waitress Bailey was very cordial, however, that was the extent of it. She, 1) admittedly, knew nothing about beer (she was working the bar). 2) Never checked on us after the initial food order delivery. 3) Walked by our table twice never looking or asking if we needed anything. (1st time my drink had a visible sip left. 2nd time my drink had been empty for several minutes) 4) I had to go to the bar to get a refill of my drink. 5) I ordered veggies with my lunch. I did not get them with my order. When I brought it to her attention at the bar she said, "We don't charge for them, do you want them now"? I said, "I am already done with my meal." They were on our receipt. I ordered tthem because I wanted them with my meal. We gave Bailey a 5% tip. If she had been better she would have seen a better tip. I love Buffalo Wild Wings. Sadley, this is the worst service ever since 2015. See ya soon.
