One of the best Fazolis I've been to! It's the halfway point on my road trip to my parents' house, and I can't imagine stopping anywhere else for lunch. Food is always excellent and hot (even when I pull in past peak hours!)
I was convinced to try their new mozzarella skewer and I'm so happy for the recommendation - fresh and delicious!

Was with a group of 6 and stopped in for a quick lunch on the way back from Louisville. Food was served quickly, and it was delicious. Especially the bricks.
Place is obviously well run. It was clean and they had a good staff of folks keeping it that way. Can't go wrong here.
I don't think anyone from our party used the rest rooms, so I have no info about those. There was adequate parking but no dedicated motorcycle parking.

Wow what a treat! We don't have Fazoli's where we live anymore so when I see a sign for one I go! Best bread sticks anywhere! Olive Garden's can't match theirs.
Tried to use the kiosks but neither would work. I would have ordered on them if they worked. The place was busy but we didn't wait long.

Little bit of delay in getting my drive thru order even though only 1 car in front of us. Not sure what they ordered but took a bit. Not a big deal. Pizza was hot & crispy and bread sticks were buttery garlic goodness. Plus we got a couple extra bread sticks so no compliant there. Their bread sticks are the best!

I should have taken a hint- the parking lot was barren. It boasts authentic Italian food, but you could probably prepare better at home from a can or freezer. The service was great, but I was sadly disappointed in the food. It was obvious my husband's pizza was previously frozen and my spaghetti and meatballs deluxe tasted of cheap canned sauce. The breadsticks were pretty tasty. The upside is that there is no wait, you are served almost as soon as you get your drink from the fountain, and it is cheap.

So let me just say, I am not picky about food, but I am picky about the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of a restaurant. We found multiple hairs in our food, as well as a dead bug in our salad that we had almost finished. One star seems appropriate.

Family favorite every time we spot one out of town. We love the fast-food Italian menu. Great options, low price & endless breadsticks. We only wish there was one near home. Closest one is 2+ hours away.

Place was dirty. Employee was doing questionable things in the bathroom, then passed out-spouse found him and told the staff. Life just kind of went on for them even when fire and ems came. 2 out of 3 families that came while we were there orders' were wrong. Our food was right but not very good. Love fazolis...just not this location.
