Pizza Hut

The butter and seasoning was left off of the breadsticks, and the website offered Caesar salad, but there was no Caesar dressing (cancelled?) so we had to cancel that part of our order. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, but like many places doing the best with what they have to work with for now. I little more attention to detail, and quicker updates to the website when products are no longer available will get you right to "Strongly Agree".

I wish I could give less than a star, first I asked if they served sprite and I was told that they did, then was given a mist twist, which is not a big deal but was the start of the worst night of my life. I was the first in my party to order, everyone else ordered about 10 minutes later. I specifically ordered a buffalo salad with ranch. simple enough right? wrong. I was given my salad last. after 4 pizzas and 2 orders of cheese sticks. when I received my salad, there was no ranch. all in all, a horrible night. also the toilet was clogged, and the waitress spilled soda all over my friends mom

The Pizza and pasta was cold and we only live 10 minutes from where we picked it up. The web said the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes, we got there 15 minutes after we ordered and had to wait another 20 minutes. Then it still come out of lukewarm. Ususally this place is pretty good but not this time.
