Subway

If the sign on the door says open from 9am to 9pm and operating hours are 9am to 9pm on the website, and we get there at 8:27pm, I should be able to walk in the door and order. Tonight we decided to get Subway, walk to the door at 8:27pm and it is locked. We motion to the two teens working, one male and one female. The girl opens the door, to tell us they closed down just a few minutes ago, we both pointed at the sign on the door, which clearly states 9pm is closing time, and asked why they closed down early? The girl basically just restated the same thing, and this skinny teenage boy, who has zero business working in customer service, said with a ton of hot attitude for absolutely no reason, "well, things change". Well, yes they do, it is called termination. I don't know what all the sass and attitude was for, but neither of us appreciated it, we got there well before closing. If the store closes at 9 that is when you close down, not 8 not 8:30 not 8:59....9. Both of these people need to be terminated or taught some big lessons in work ethic.

I placed an online order while I was in the store, because I wanted to substitute the type of chicken on my Chicken Bacon Ranch subs (the app only had one type of chicken available to select). I asked the young lady behind the counter if it was okay, and she said, "Absolutely." While waiting for me to submit my order, she asked what type of subs they were. I told her and then submitted my order. She printed out the orders and started working on them. I didn't realize that I should've been supervising, since I hadn't had an issue before. So, when I got home, I took a bite of my sub... and lo, and behold, NO BACON on either of the Chicken Bacon Ranch subs I ordered. I called the store and the girl that answered asked me what time the order was placed. I told her and she profusely told me that they didn't have any orders placed at that time. I was getting upset at this point, because she was basically calling me a liar. I confirmed that it was the Newark Road location, and then she backpedaled and said, "The girl that made your order must've read it wrong. Thanks for calling us and letting us know." No "I'm sorry" or ANYTHING. Absolutely AWFUL. The only reason I'm rating two stars is because the girl who made my order was really nice. Ridiculousness.

Ordered a mobile order for 9:45, got there at 9:55 order was not ready. When I told the girl we had a mobile order and I’m not sure if it’s done or was taken (because my app said it was ready ever since I sent the order) she didn’t say anything, she grabbed the paper w/ our order on it angrily grabbed our bread / wrap and put it together. Also never put the cookies in I had to remind her of that. Less not forget the nasty old mop water all over the floor next to where we pay at & Tracked around all over the ground yet they had only been open an hour? She never said you’re welcome she never apologized for the wait (we didn’t get our order until 10:20) so I definitely got her name “Casie” or “Kacey”. This little girl is definitely the most rudest worker I’ve ever experienced. But still 2 stars cuz I love subway 😅
