I would like to share for today at this location, 1790 W Algonquin Rd,. My. Prospect, IL. I wanted to have good food for today so I decided to try with other Popeyes location and this time was Awesome! The food (Tenders) and Cajun Fries and the service was great too. Mrs. Eva (Manager) took order for me and she is kind and knows what she’s doing. And I like to share for another customer who was picking mobile order while I am waiting for my food. When the customer came for pick-up, the Manager checked the receipt again before customer leaves and she found out the missing item and checked the order if all included so customer didn’t miss anything.
I would give out more stars if possible. Thank you so much for the great food today!! I would definitely come this place again and will introduce to others as well. 👍👍😬

I've been coming to this restaurant for years. It hasn't been until recent that the new supervisor Gabrielle has shown great customer service. It doesn't matter how busy or what's going she has displayed great customer service every time. Thank you for providing great customer service!

Food cold. Ordered shrimp basket. It was supposed to be eight pieces of butterfly shrimp, and the shrimp was so tiny and it was nothing but breading. Food was horrible and like I said it was ice cold. Still very hungry after we left. Will not be returning to this Popeyes for sure.

Don't go there before they close they will give you left overs. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and they were mushy. The chicken had a weird crunch to it like it wasn't fully cooked. This always happens when i go there before they close so be there an hour before they close to hopefully avoid this experience. Or don't go there all together.

Literally just happened... ordered fries, paid, they said wait, I see them bringing food to other cars that ordered after me, waited for 25 mins, called, tried to talk to the employee they hang up mid sentence and i left. Paid for a large fry i never got and had to go back to work. During these times i have been understanding and patient (again waited 25 mins without saying a word) because i know things have been rough, but to have wasted my time, money, and gas driving there to get hung up on when i call and just ask about my order is ridiculous. Just say you are too busy, say you cant handle it, let me know there is an insane wait. But dont take my money and ignore me. It wasnt like i ordered a bunch of chicken...was literally just fries.

My wife and I love their chicken!!! It was so fresh and delicious and the breading was amazingly tasty. We will be back for more. The workers were also friendly and we received very quick service.

I avoided this location for several months due to a previous bad experience. Decided to give them another try. Just as disappointed. Restaurant got order wrong, and had to go through DoorDash to resolve. Talking to manager is like trying to explain something to a five year-old. Last time, I had to go through corporate to resolve as received wrong order and raw chicken. When I went back to replace order, was publicly chastised by manager (how dare I report her, it reflects on her rating with corporate, I'm a troublemaker who doesn't deserve a refund, etc). Accuracy and public satisfaction are low priority.
