This was my 1st time experiencing Ramen. Internal setup in the restaurant is like a typical Japanese ramen place. Loved everything ordered such as Shrimp tempura, oysters and chicken appetizers. Ramen was amazing. There is a vegetarian broth option available in case you don’t want pork broth. Must visit!

Overall, Ramen Misoya is pretty good. They specialize in Miso broths, and give lots of options for customization. Overall the broth is tasty and decent quality, with good pork and toppings. The restaurant interior is a little smoky and service could have been better during busy time. I would return if I was in the area and craved some Ramen.

Great place to get ramen in the area! The restaurant is pretty small, so it’d be best to go with just one other person instead of a big group. There were a few tables that could also fit four people.
Karaage - 9/10 crunchy, juicy. The sauce reminds me of chick-fil-a sauce lol.
We got the Hokkaido and Tokyo cha shu ramen ($19 each). The Hokkaido had a stronger miso taste than the Tokyo. The cha shu is grilled which provided a good texture and flavor. Also, the portions are huge! We could not finish it all and took leftovers home.

The BEST and most authentic ramen I’ve ever had outside of Japan. The broth is delicious, the noodles are super fresh, and the char siu is perfection. We also loved the Kara-age (fried chicken).

This is my favorite ramen place in the Chicago suburbs! Good portion sizes and the broth is super flavorful. Noodles are of good texture and plenty of choices for toppings.

From the outside misoya isn't much to look at but once you step inside it's a nice looking restaurant. Cozy and good service. The pricing is good and the portions are plenty. Unfortunately both my food and my wife's were a bit too salty. Not sure if this is normal or if it was just one off.

Highly recommended. This is some of the best ramen I've had outside of Japan, after living in Japan you get spoiled but this was spot on and brought me back.

Best Ramen around. We happily drive to get food here. Super tasty broths and great customization. If you're looking for great tasting, homemade Ramen look no further! Takeout is packed individually so you can easily warm it and the noodles and other ingredients stay fresh until you eat. 5/5.
