Mcdonald's

Ordered at the kiosk and then waited for my food. Only one other customer in the place and the drive-thru was empty! Nobody called my number or got my attention when they put my food out, and I was at the nearest table. My nephew informed me that it looked like our food. I went to ask if it was mine, but they were all in the back talking and absolutely ignoring the TWO customers they had! I abhor incompetence and ignorance, and this place has it in abundance. The food is awful, but the service is worse. And don't complain to the owner, because he doesn't care at all!

Horrible experience! Went for breakfast ordered 2 mcgriddle meals and lg coke, & lg coffee 10 creamer 10 sugar.. was told to pull over for fresh hashbrowns .. 12 mins later got soggy greasy undercooked hashbrowns with the eggs on the mcgriddle s brown.. Got home looked in my coffe cause it didn't taste good. Black coffee no sugar either!! Worst experiance ever!

For those who know me, I don't like McDonalds, but I bought a McChicken with no mayonnaise and light lettuce and a small fry. When I drove to the fast food line the employee on the headset was very kind and courteous and taking my order also was very thorough in reading my order back to me. Both the employee who took my money had a smile on their face when I pulled up and was courteous along with the lady who handed me my food at the next window. When I also ask for an extra condiment packet instead of catching an attitude they politely said well of course I would be glad to and did so within a timely fashion and had me out of their drive-thru from order to pick up in less than 3 minutes.
