Pizza Hut

We have went to this location 2xs. The first time we stood there and waited and waited. Finally someone came out to take our order. We tried it again today. There was 3 elderly people standing there waiting when we walked in. We waited then I yelled out hello. No one came out. We all including the other people left. We won't try and eat here again.

We went to the Pizza Hut in Mt. Pleasant Iowa and were not impressed. You now order at the counter which I guess is a good way to handle short staffing issues but it causes congestion. Only one register you can pay with card at which the staff member did not know. We placed our order then you have to go to a table to get your plates, silverware, napkins and packets of cheese or peppers (they do not tell you this), the table was no neat and 2 of the plates we picked up were still dirty. We went to find a seat tables were sticky. Our daughters personal pizza came out and I ask about our breadsticks since we did not get them ( appetizers usually come before the meal). They brought our pizza and breadsticks and just stood there expecting us to take them from them instead of sitting them on the table. The breadsticks were not cut and there was a lot of half melted butter sitting on top of them. The sauce was cold. The only reason I even gave 1 star is because at least the pizza was warm and tasted good

Our order was wrong, breadsticks were wrong and cold and sauces also were cold 3 different tables in there when we were there and all got something wrong with there orders. Ask to see manager no show and didn't even come out to talk to us. Very disappointing and won't be back. Tables that were suppose to be cleaned were gummy and sticky yet.

Went to Pizza Hut. Large restaurant, one table occupied at 6pm on a Friday night. Counted 5 staff. Were seated right away. My friend ordered small pizza, thin crust, bacon and cheese. It came out quickly, was hot and good. 2 stars gained for that. I ordered the salad bar. I could see the t was at least 2 times smaller tgan the pizza hut salad bar id eaten at a few days earlier in Missouri, but I didn't mind how small it was. I did mind the quality of the offerings. Most of the tomatoes were squished to pulp (the one I tried was fermenting), Lettuce was full of gray bits, Cucumbers were slimy, translucent gad white fuzzy dots, Broccoli and cauliflower were turning brown, White mushrooms were dark brown and slimy... It was inedible. I told the waitress I could not eat this and she removed the salad bar from the bill. 2 stars lost for that salad bar of horrors. My friend (a former grocery store produce manager for 40 years) went up to ralk to the manager, who saw him coming and ducked out. We asked to speak to him and we're told he was busy. When we left the restaurant we saw him outside with his delivery drivers having a cigarette. So that lost a star, too. So 2/5.

If I could give negative stars I would. Havent been in there a long time and had to kill some time in town today so we went in. First off you have to look at a menu at the counter and order food right there before sitting which I assume is d/t covid restrictions or low staff. Ok I can deal with that but then the staff. So there was the lady that took our order she was not very pleasant. Not really rude but just grumpy. My sister-in-law wanted a 12 pc wing with 2 different sauces and the lady rudely told her "we don't do that." Instead I feel like she should have said well I can charge you for 2 6 pc it's a little more but that's the only way we can do that. Then I ordered. After we sat down she brought every plate of food at a different t time. Was very sullen the entire time. The come time to leave we needed a box to go. Nobody a.d I mean Nobody was in there. My sister-in-law walks around the counter looking for a box, again because nobody was there, a d someone e walks in and rudely tells her she isn't allowed behind the counter. To which she responded well I need a box and there are no employees working in here. He rudely gives her one box when she asked specifically for 2 and then we leave. Staff was rude, service was Terri le. I will never be going back to pizza hut wing street again.
