Not only is the sushi outstanding, but they also offer a wide range of other Japanese dishes that are equally delicious. The service was prompt, and I never had an empty glass. It's evident that the staff here take pride in providing a fantastic dining experience. If you're a sushi lover like me, Fuji Sushi is an absolute must-visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Kudos to the entire team for consistently delivering such an exceptional dining experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love Fuji. But they need to take care of the customer that is in their restaurant. Their to-go orders are so consuming that it takes 1+ to get our in house sushi. Last time we cancelled our order after 1 hr. Happened again tonight. The take out consumes their chefs, staff, etc. We ordered a simple tuna roll and over 1 hr, we left without it.

I normally avoid chains for all the obvious reasons, but I was ordering a HUGE amount of takeout sushi for my wife's birthday and this restaurant had the most competent website. Despite the size of the order (almost 50 different items) and some rather specific order customization, they took the order over the phone with ease. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up the food, everything was ready, expertly packaged, and the order was EXACTLY correct. My wife's family is, shall we say, picky, when it comes to sushi. Yet I heard no complaints, only compliments. All the nigiri and sashimi were extremely fresh tasting and looking, so much so that the soy sauce went largely unused. The rolls were tightly and expertly assembled. There were literally no misses in the order. I highly recommend this restaurant, and will order from here again when we are back next year.
