Food was good. Strip mall needs an upgrade, place is very old looking and run down. Service was fine, no issues. The chow mein was kinda dry. No flavor. Other than that. Fine.

Great food and very reasonable pricing! Happy Garden has been my go-to Chinese restaurant for years. The General Tso’s chicken is crispy and ALWAYS delicious. Five stars for sure.

This is the worst run restaurant in the entire area. We ordered dinner at 5:30, we understood that it was Christmas. The delivery time was set at 6:30, which was fine. Food was good as usual, but I ordered $60 worth of food and they forgot one of my entrees. I didn't realize until I got home. When I called they were apologetic and ask if I could come back and get it. I agreed event thought it was a 15 minute drive each way and it was 9:40pm and they close at 10pm.

Check your bank statement!! They have upcharged me twice now. The first time I figured maybe I gave a bigger tip then I remembered. So I made sure to double check the price over the phone and kept my receipt. My receipt says $79, but my bank statement says $95. My guess is they are changing the tip
