I am a customer service professional, I know good service and this was it. Immediately recognised and greeted me, gladly made burgers instead of the active breakfast menu. Waited to make fries until grill heated up so they would be fresh. Brought my order to me where I was sitting instead of maki

No clean tables. Very short staffed. Ordering and recieving food took a long time.

I arrived at this place at 12:30 am. Supposed to be open until 2 am. Signs were on and nobody answered at the drive thru. At least McDonald’s next door is smart enough to turn their lights off when they are closed. Brilliant people working here.

I wish I could give this a no star rating. After waiting 30 mins in the drive thru, I get home and bite into my chicken and it was RAW and BLEEDING!! Gross. So I call and have to call several times before someone actually picked up.When someone finally did answer , they told me "there was nothing

I pulled up to Krystal tonight as well as some one else i sat there for 5min .before some said we are closed. they didn't say sorry we closed early tonight . y'all need to fix your times on line if your closing earlier now. and you need to teach your employees how not to be rude and know.how to apo

Hours online say they are open until 2 but when i got there at 11 they told me they were closed and to go to taco bell. Such a ghetto place. I will never go to another krystals. Get some decent employees or correst your hours online if the employess make their own hours.

I love burgers, fresh and yummy. I heard they were going bankrupt. But now I read... After 33 Months of Negative Sales, Krystal is in the Black Again YES!! MAYBE NOW THEY WILL FIX POTHOLES THAT A VOLKSWAGON CAN FALL THROUGH IN PARKING LOT. AND INSIDE COULD USE A LIFT. BUT DON'T CLOSE! LOVE KRYSTAL B

The food was great and the service even better. The most friendly , helpful staff I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
