Terrible service. Forgot food in our order. No ice in the lukewarm drinks. You don't need to ask "is that all?" After everything I order. Out of biscuits. Would give a lower rating but I have to give at least 1 star.

Great update and service! - initial visit
Returned a few days later, enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. The employees were very nice, respectful and seemed to be enjoying working together.
We ordered a 12 piece and the chicken was so salty, the mashed potatoes we ordered did not have any gravy and the biscuits were so dry. Horrible meal. Have given this spot 3 times and each time there has been disappointment.
The chicken breast meal was fine. Biscuit was good as usual. Just a bit skimpy on coleslaw serving. Price was as expected.
Mr. Banks gave the best service I have ever had at any fast food restaurant I want to give a shout out to the management team at the Mount Juliet road KFC great job
Get home and no gravy clearly everyone loves that part so annoying you spend 60 and its all the way across town and they dont get your order correct. You call and call the phone is off the hook you cant reach anyone
