Review Papa John's - Mount Juliet

hmmm, we love Papa John's and have eaten their pizzas all over the world. Normally we have no issues, when we do the restaurants listen and make sure they fix any or complaint, these things happen. This time no chance, this time the pizza was not cooked twice, pizza dough raw is not nice at all. I got a refund for the pizza but to be honest I expect that they try and fix the problem and not make excuses. a refund is a last resort of poor customer service. 2 journeys, a hungry family, we went elsewhere to get a pizza which we got over 90 minutes after. if the staff were empowered to make things right I would of been happier to go back and try again it seems they don't make the right decisions.

The customer service in this place was amazing. I walked in and everyone was super spunky, and in a good mood. Nice change from most places these days. The pizza is easily the best of any fast food place and this pizza tonight was made perfect and tasted perfect. If you are going to go to chain pizza, pick this place.

This Papa J is awesome! Always accurate. Always hot. Always delicious. They don’t deliver to our place, right behind Providence though, which is only 8 miles away, and that makes me a sad potato.

Awkward parking situation, but it was a snappy pickup of the Papadias calzone thing I ordered. Place was hopping too.

We typically have very good service when we order Papa Johns pizza, garlic Parmesan breadsticks as well as the cinnamon pull apart dessert... unfortunately we can’t delivery, so we have to pick it up and bring it home. This particular incident they were very busy and had lots of pizzas tacked upon each other. I checked this when I got to my car .... I was not happy at all to say the least. All other occasions have been very good.

They close when they feel like it apparently. I placed an order well before closing and received a call almost 30 minutes later from an 800 number saying they were closed, with no offer of any compensation for either them closing early or inaccurate website information.

Easy to find.. Drive Thur is a little hidden .

Ordered a 3 pizzas, for delivery. Was charged for extra extra cheese, which they did not come with. Ordered a veggie pizza and it had pepperoni and Canadian bacon on it, and no tomatoes. Pizzas arrived like they had been sitting for a while, dry and Luke warm. Called to let them know order was messed up. Was put on hold for 10 minutes. Pick somewhere else to get pizza in mt.juliet.

My entire pizza was burnt. I will not be ordering from there again. I’ll just stick to Pizza Hut instead.

Of the numerous times we use this Papa John's store, this is the firest time I've ever opened the boxes and said, "What the F!". Thsee are the worst pizzas we've ever recieved. I hope you were just running low on toppings, because if not, ya'll went and got stingy as hell with them

I called in a order at 330pm to be delivered at 745pm. I got it at 830 cold. Not a happy camper here. All they want to do is give me 50% off next time. Can't believe they think it will be a next time.

Walked into Papa John's in Mt. Juliet & ordered pizza without sausage & mushrooms. The order is ready & I open the box to look at pizza. I see what looks like sausage & ask the employee about it. He says "No, that's ground beef". I bring it home & it is sausage. I call to let someone know & was told I would get 1/2 off my next order because I took it with me.What happened to customer service?? I ask to speak with a manager. She finally agrees to giving me another pizza but I would have to drive to get it b/c I'm outside the delivery area & she can't go outside that. So now it's my fault that they messed up my order & I should waste my time & gas for them to make it right? I'm 6.8miles from this location.

Never deliver on time. Such a let down!
