Review Taco Bell - Mount Juliet

This location is awful if you are going during any time during the night. It is great during the day! Geez... the nights need to get it together! The dine in is super slow and no one really maintains the dine in grill line I've noticed... The lobby is always trashed. The drink machine and sauce supply station is a sticky mess. The bathrooms are Taco Bell's worst nightmare. I usually always have to wait to be greeted and have someone come to the counter... I feel like EVERY time I go here something is missing or made completely wrong, and the potatoes..... Often, when sour cream comes on an item it is left out. Example: ordered a supreme soft taco. You'd think how can you forget to put the sour cream in there? I've even had it missing on my fiesta potatoes. There's 3 ingredients... Speaking of the potatoes. Bricks.... that is what they are on the later shifts. Also, knowing they have a 2 hour expiration time. Every order I've received is definitely beyond that mark. OR I receive hard potatoe wedges instead of the actual potatoes that are supposed to go in the menu item? Drinks not given through the drive thru. This is weekly. I know it seems harsh but when you are consistently in that area with not much to choose from. Repeatedly bad service is just not cool!

This by far was the best manager....they were busy and a man walked in but was in a hurry it seemed. He wanted to skip everyone in line but the staff told him they had to go in order. He waited in line and ordered his food but after a few minutes he left the restaurant and took off walking down Lebanon rd. When they called his name, I looked around and no one was left in restaurant to pick up the food. I told the manager that a young man had just left on foot and showed her which direction he had gone. She picked up the bag, got into her car and left to find him! My daughter and I were finished and left also. A few minutes later I saw the man walk up to the managers car and she handed him the bag. She then turned around and when back to the store. The man continued down the road with a smile of gratitude. No other manager would care enough to take the time to do that! It's awesome to know some people still care about others. Also...we had something wrong with our order and the manager came out to us and corrected it herself. That is a business that people will go back too!

This Taco Bell is absolutely horrible. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. From missing items to improperly made items, it is clear that satisfaction is not a top priority. On three separate visits I asked for Fire Sauce, but I've always been given everything but, to include strawberry jam! On my last visit I ordered 5 steak soft taco supremes. Instead of sour cream and tomatoes, all five were soaked (it was running out of them) with what could only be described as ranch dressing. The staff are usually nice enough, but that's not enough. I've been going to this location since it opened and I've watched it go down hill for years now. I think I'm over Taco Bell.

I went there to try the new KFC french fries and while they tasted good they were kind of soggy. I was really hoping for some crispier fries with a little chicken flavor to them. I will not be ordering the fries again but will continue to get the rest of the things on the KFC menu.

My son and I recently popped in during a Sunday afternoon for a meal. What we experienced was the worst customer and fast food service in my entire life. As to be expected, the restaurant was busy given near by ball games and churches letting out. Given this is a joint Taco Bell and KFC, I was also expecting slowness as it has been my experience KFC never has food ready. However, the service was deplorable to new levels. There were at least a dozen groups waiting for food initially with little to none coming out. After waiting over 30 minutes myself and another customer started to inquire what was happening. The cashier indicated they were backed up and to please wait. We eventually were able to speak to the assistant manager who provided little update other than they were short staffed. This is all potentially understandable as that can happen. There was however a complete lack of communication from the staff and they continued to take orders without letting new customers now the long wait. Others waiting began giving warnings so families with small children did not have to endure the wait. We eventually were informed (by a trainer?) that the manager was not trained to help prepare orders and thus could not help on that front. After 45 minutes many began asking for refunds and were told they by the cashier they were not allowed to do so. The asst. manager continued to hide in the back of the store and at times the small staff were all see to be not working to fulfill orders as well. I understand short staff situations happen. I do not fault even the asst. manager on duty. The overall management of this facility should be held accountable. A junior manager should not have been in that situation alone. There should have been someone capable of at least communicating properly with the customers and having the wherewith-all to forewarn them of the wait and process refunds for those that could not wait. Instead we were all left standing around with no answers and no food, out $10 - $20 dollars. I was fortunate enough to have finally received my order at nearly an hour. The food was tasty as I had been craving some tacos for a few days. Others were not so lucky and were still waiting on food or refunds once we left. This location and all KFC's need to address the poor service. I never seem to have issue at Taco Bell exclusive locations, only when at KFC or a joint location. I would not say do not go to them at all, but I would let all know to be wary and evaluate the situation before placing your order... unless you happen to have a surplus of time to kill.

Never waste yr money. We get wrong items or nothing at all. Food is cold and disgusting. Employees are lazy and don’t care about customer service. We came one day and the inside was shut down at 2 pm due to 2 people working and they either needed a nap or needed more help to run it for the day. We no longer come here nor will not be back ever. I would rather eat ramen noodles than waste my money here and waste time waiting 22 min in drive through to get tacos and cheese nachos. Which I ordered nacho supreme. All I got was nachos with cold cheese. Keep going when driving by. If your a friend to a employee their then you will get their attention and free food. We saw that happen while waiting for ours which we were 1st in line. The friend walked in and food was handed over with no money exchanged. Great place for friends and families. I’m sure they make fresh food with no charge. Sucks for all the other customers. Needs a clean out of employees and retrain.

This has to be the worst KFC in Wilson County. No chicken on two different occasions and then lied to about it cooking. All we were waiting for was 2 original legs and 2 crispy legs. Waited over 30 minutes on two different attempts. First time they forgot about us, then gave us a dessert to make up for the wait. This time they said 16 minutes on our legs, I said that was fine we'd wait. After 20 minutes I went up and asked if the chicken was done. The manager said it would be 3 more minutes, that the fryer pilot light went out. Next time they called me up and said they didn't have any crispy legs and it was going to be 6 minutes on it. So 30 minutes waiting on chicken and left with no chicken and a refund. Don't go here for chicken!
