Review Don Pancho Mexican Restaurant - Mount Juliet

Don Pancho’s is amazing! I’ve never been a huge fan of Mexican food but there are a few Mexican dishes I like but I’m picky about them. We went to the Mt Juliet TN location for the first time recently and it was great. This place makes the dishes perfectly. Everything we ordered was very tasty. Also the staff were all friendly, efficient and helpful. The whole experience was great. This is my new favorite place.

Great food and great prices! Nice atmosphere, also! Plus they have a THREE HOUR lunch special for those that take a late lunch. I got there at 2:50 in the afternoon and still got the $7 fajitas meal. They have a lot of local sports memorabilia on the walls so they seem to be active in the community, too. While definitely be back whenever I'm in MJ.

I absolutely love this place! The food is magnificent, lovely wait staff, and the wait is very short! There's a waitress named Stephanie that we ask for each time we go, she's, a-mazing!

Whoever is taking the to go orders has no idea what he is doing. I waited for 3 minutes for him to try to find the button. When I arrived I noticed there was a manager behind the bar just washing down bottles and not trying to help out the wait staff who were very busy. I waited for a couple of minutes until David came to the front from the bar. He was rude and ended up being the person who took my order on the phone. I’ve worked in the service industry before and to have a manager who doesn’t help the staff or guests is a waste of time. AND I never got my cheese dip, tortillas, or rice and beans. I love this restaurant but the past few weeks it has gone down hill. The past few times I’ve dined in the drinks have been terrible. They are sour and are probably made by the same person who does you to go orders.

I love this restaurant. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. Trivia night adds more humor and fun with the other guests!! If you are looking for a fun evening with your family, this is the place!

Great place! Came here July 10 for birthday lunch, best Mexican place I've been to in a while! A pitcher with jimador was only $22 and there was a lot in it. Food was delicious, great quality meats! I recommend the don Pancho tacos. Great deal, excellent service too!
