Corporate would shut this place down if they did a random visit. Stuff not working, everything is nasty and the people are in outer space. Go elsewhere.
God love 'em. What can I say. Coming from the Chicagoland area we are used to going to a 'fast food restaurant' for 'fast food'. Now we live outside Nashville and am finding the WHOLE 'fast food' industry anything but! On this particular trip, I pulled in to the drive-thru, placed my order - twice!
Probably the most fire McDonald’s I’ve ever had. My McDouble literally melted in my mouth. The nuggets were absolutely fantastic. Also the speaker was not working so we had to order at the window and the workers were phenomenal. Will be coming back to eat there again, even though I live a hour away.
No bun Big Mac maker went the extra mile so it could still be eaten as a sandwich. Quick, friendly, masked service.
First place to go to off of I-40 in Mt Juliet TN. Went inside at service station. Enjoyed a meal while getting directions to go see someone.
Ordered curbside and never got my order. I sat out there for 15 minutes while they looked at me through the drive thru. I would have gone in but they closed out my order like they had given it to me and I had to get back to work. Will never go to this McDonald's again

Bought a happy meal with apple slices and small fry. They stuck a burger in the box and closed it up and sent it out. I have worked for mcdonald's before. Even in the busiest rush, which this was not, this level.of incompetence is unacceptable. Tried multiple times to call store directly to address
