Review Subway - Mount Juliet

Owner was VERY rude and lacked customer service skills! Rushed me as I was paying for my food as if I was bothering him or he was upset that I had a coupon. He was also very stingy with the toppings/vegetables (be mindful I only had a “veggie” sub). Will not be going back to this Subway ever again. Highly disappointed with my experience!

This was the worst experience ever. Here is the owner who is vegetarian but has a problem if you don't eat pork or beef. He doesn't understand that the customers what what they want the same way that he does. Some of you may say I'm wrong but this is why Trump won. We have people that come here from other countries but don't want to be a part of the USA. I would never spend anything with this guy ever! He had a problem because I wanted his employees to change gloves because my child does not eat beef or pork but he Is a vegetarian and and want the same thing I asked for. If you love this country you should never go there and give him your money. He doesn't understand that we have other sub shops like Firehouse and Penn Station that want our business and are from the United States. Mr Subway I hope everyone that lives in Mount Juliet which you probably don't will make the sacrifice and drive down the street to give our money to people from this country.

My sandwich was assembled messily at best. Pricing on the board was incorrect. I live nearby so I've been to this subway before. They often open late and close early. Very frustrating experience

The best subway I have ever seen. They clean the store thrice a day. They have very fast service and they use fresh cookies and bread everyday. They don’t care for money but for customers.

Place was very clean. The worker was the best part. Only one working, was quick to help everyone as they came in. Always stayed busy, even when no customers were waiting. He really impressed me.

Good food at a reasonable price, great Staff, and a wonderful atmosphere for chilling and reading a good book!

Good sandwiches but owner don't honor any coupons

Very greedy with toppings. 3 black olives. If I'm not going to have black olives I'd rather go to Jimmy John's or firehouse.
