This location is a great place to work. They aim to please every customer and will make your pizza right the first time and it they don't they are willing try again. The employees are happy and enthusiastic about their work. Hope to see you at The Hut in 2019!

I typically don’t write reviews but this was the worst customer service. For one, we called to ask if our order was ready and the guy who answered the phone didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Told us it was ready and we arrive 10 minutes later.. not ready. Then, all of the employees are eating on the job. One guy walks up to the register to talk to us while holding cheeze-its and stuffing his face. Hopefully he wasn’t the one who made our pizza. Completely unprofessional. It’s disappomting because I prefer Pizza Hut pizza but will not be going back to this location.

I haven't ordered from this location in quite a while. I now know why. It's been an hour and 20 minutes since I placed my order (update: 2 hours almost). Uses weather as an excuse. Only had one driver. Kids was upset. Wasn't his fault. Store should've let me know. Feel bad for the delivery guy. A year later: If I could give this store a negative, I would. They are horrific. I ordered delivery, thinking maybe things have changed, WRONG! 1 hour and 30 minutes later, still no pizza. It will probably be cold and will piss me off even more. There is absolutely no excuse for the continued poor service from this store or any of them for that matter.

I just ordered tonight, half my order was missing because they didn't put it down, went to go back to the driver to ask about at least my extra sauces and he drove off as fast as he could. I only wish I could give negative 50 stars on this because this isn't the first time this driver has done this and I just tipped him 15 again! I didn't even know until I got in my house that my order was wrong! He knew it was! I called them and only wanted my tip returned and they told me no! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 I didn't last time but I will this time! I demand my tip be returned!

Do not order delivery ! Have been burned twice in 2 weeks. 1st time the LOST our order for 12 pizzas THREE times and 2 times we were actually at the place 2 pick them up.30 kids waiting with no food. 2nd time I called three times to check on an order I made at 715pm for delivery and at 9pm they still had no clue when I could get my pizza after they quoted me 8pm wend I ordered. I'm done. Take a lesson from jimmy John's.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely no customer service skills. Actually canceled the order tonight before the end of the phone call and ordered from another pizza place. There are too many options to deal with rude people.

If ordering delivery....don't do it. This location is notoriously late and pizza cold. I've ordered from here a ton, and every time they are 20-30 minutes later than the what they promise and the pizza is cold.

Reasonably priced, they didn't have a driver for the day I ordered but the manager throwed in bread sticks. They have my favorite pizza and it's fresh vegetables on top unlike a few of the other places.

I️ ordered my pizza at 5:30 pm online. After 2 hours and no pizza I️ Call the store. They apologized and told me it was going to be free and the driver had just left. Ok that sucks but free pizza. An hour later still no pizza. I️ Call back and again the driver left 10 mins ago. So 3 hours later, my pizza arrives and it is cold and tastes like rubber. Never again will I️ order from them!!

Order is now 1 hour late. Original delivery time was going to take 1 hour & 20 minutes. Why even offer pizza delivery if its going to take over 2 hours to get it?!

My wife has ordered a pizza every week never any issues, until a month ago. She ordered online like usual, picked it up and put it in the backseat. Got home which is only 4 miles away the pizza was so greasy that it came through the box and stained the seat. Contacted the manager and she told me that she would contact corporate office and have it taken care of. Now here's my issue. The woman at corporate ask me why would I have put It in the backseat and that it was my fault and she wasn't going to do anything about it

So this is our first time ordering Pizza Hut in MJ. NEVER AGAIN. I ordered our pizzas at 6:12pm and was told they would be at my house by 7:17. It's 8:00 and we just now received them. (We did not take advantage of the 50% off btw) And they are cold! I called and the lady answered stated it's only 30mins late and the driver is on his way. No apology but did offer to discount $4. No I don't want a discount I want HOT FOOD and An APOLOGY! We will never order from them again. Marcos and papa Johns is where we order from now on! Ugh
