Review Starbucks - Mount Juliet

We've been going here for four years. Everyone has always been wonderful. Now we order in the app and our drinks are magically ready when we arrive. Sometimes things run out. Sometimes they are busy. But that's life. We were just having a laugh at the crazy negative reviews! Starbucks customer service is on point at every location I have ever visited, all over the country.

It was a little tricky pulling off the main road but totally worth it. When I went inside to order, I was greeted by everyone on the team during my time in line, which really made me feel welcomed. You could tell by the parking lot they are busy and there was no one standing around talking, the whole team was working to turn out orders in a very timely manner. The inside was very clean and well stocked. The tables outside were comfortable and looked well maintained as well. I would def go back if I was in the area and recommend others check it out. My drink tasted excellent - thanks to the staff for a job well done.

My sisters and I went to this Starbucks after an emotional morning and the Barista in drivethru I believe her name was Angela or angel? The wait was a bit long cause the machine was down but she had us laughing so hard I was crying. Probably the best service I’ve ever had. She deserves all the love

I love Starbucks and this one is my favorite Starbucks in the Nashville area. The staff are always amazingly attentive and polite. This specific Starbucks has never ever gotten my drink wrong in the 3 years I have been coming here. .

I ordered a venti and its only 3/4 of the way filled.

If the inside is closed, turn off the app option to pick up inside. I’m guessing you’re short staffed but make sure the barista knows how to make the drinks. Received my tea and just by looking at it I could tell it wasn’t made correctly then the taste was awful.

Starbucks is a very good coffee place. It is right by my house and has very good coffee. Also, have good breakfast sandwiches.
