I had lunch at the Far East Buffet a few days ago. I gave them only three stars because I thought their food was just ok, I had their sesame chicken , egg roll with steamed vegetables. The egg roll was over cooked and the chicken was good but a little tough. My husband had their sushi and thought it was very good and very fresh. The restaurant was clean and the staff very nice and attentive.

Attentive and fantastic staff and food was replenished frequently. But food quality was lack luster and average. Crab rangoon was all cream cheese and egg drop soup had a "skin" on the surface. Atmosphere really needs updating - soiled ceiling tiles, chandelier is half working, and tables were uneven. Should have guessed with less than 5 families in the whole place. Disappointed.

It seems that this is a hit or miss place. Sometimes the staff is excellent, sometimes they couldn't care less if you are there or not (and at times they are kind of hateful). I think it really depends on the time of day if the food is good or not. Sometimes there isn't any sushi or hibachi, but sometime there is.... The actual buffet is sometimes clean and fresh and taste pretty great, then at other times it fits every clique for a Chinese buffet. But one things extremely constant the price is great. $30 for two adults is pretty great. And I will promise you that the salad is good, the dessert is good, and there's always something there that will fill your belly.

I am an avid Chinese food lover but this place is the least desirable that I've eaten at. Most of the food was cold and the supply was very limited but what was strange to me was that all the food had some sort of similar flavor that I couldn't place but was not pleasant it was almost like a chemical was sprayed on the food or in the process of cooking it. The service was poor as my table had more than two dishes stacked up to be removed and it wasn't done In a reasonable time...I don't enjoy eating the rest of my meal with dirty dishes near me. So to me the food was sub quality but I did enjoy the chocolate pudding and the tea otherwise that was it and I will not be back

Horribly dirty, lackluster food, and inattentive staff. I was greeted by the gnats around my table more than our wait staff. The food lacked flavor and much of it tasted like it was cooked days earlier and reheated. There was dried up food still on "new" buffet plates and raw meat out like a salad waiting for hibachi. I should have let the 90 health score and strategically hidden health permit at the entrance clue me in that I was in for a horrible experience. I usually go back to a buffet multiple times, but I couldn't, and I will not be back in that building again. I'm honestly shocked by the reviews that rave about the food, cleanliness, and staff. It makes me wonder what restaurant they were in....It certainly wasn't Far East Buffet. 🙅🏼♀️

Rating depends on what day your there and what is being offered. They usually have a good selection and if you want Hibachi, it's in the back, select your meat and veggie and go for it. Service is good but it's a Buffet, but the dirty plates are gone when you get back. They also have great Hot and Sour Soup.

Food had no flavor, the food that did, tasted like it was out for hours. Fruit station had flies all over it and our table was sticky. Not to mention the decor was very outdated and made the place feel and look dirty. Will 100% not be returning as it gave me a horrible stomach ache afterwards.
