Big fish sandwich is awesome and the girl in the drive thru was very nice

The shrimp skewer salad was just boiled shrimp placed on lettuce and cheese. There was no seasoning or skewers. The cheese melted to the shrimp. Plus they forgot the dressing. I also ordered the grilled fish kids meal. The fish was cold and the broccoli was freezer burned.

The crew at the Mount Juliet Captain D's did a wonderful job of efficiently preparing a large order for me even while they were extremely busy. They offered me a beverage while I was waited and were very professional and courteous. They also gave me continuous updates on the progress of my order.

I ordered a three piece fish with slaw, broccoli , and extra cracklen’s. Got home with 1 good piece of fish, 2 hard and cold pieces of fish, and Mac and cheese. Should have checked I guess. AWFUL!

The workers were super nice, attentive and we've never had fresher food. This is one of the best Captain D's ever.

This manager needs to learn customer service skills. The name on the bldg was listed and unfortunately if I really did speak with her she needs an attitude adjustment. When someone orders a meal they expect it to be correct, however I’m intelligent enough to know that sometimes mistakes happen. T

My food was delicious.. I got my catfish with lemon pepper and sides of rice and green beans, which is my go to meal at the D's.. The catfish was lightly breaded, freshly cooked and seasoned to perfection...

The fish was TERRIBLE, and they got our order wrong.
