Review Ziggy’s Pizza And Sandwich Shop - Mount Juliet

Don't know if we ordered on a bad night or what but the pizza had almost no sauce on it and no flavor whatsoever. First arrived, they said that they didn't have an order for us. They did eventually figure it out. There were a bunch of different teenagers running around the restaurant. And when I ordered wings, I was asked if I wanted them "crispy". I was like not very much. When I opened the box they were literally burnt. Covered in black Char. I don't even want to know what they would've looked like if I had said yes. Won't return. Still on the hunt for a good pizza.

Okay let me first say I love this place been eating from here for years but my last couple of orders weren't were it was at. I order my usually Oriental Chicken Salad now mind you my last couple of orders were missing things that I wanted small thing's but no big deal but this order was simply garbage & I mean that literally. Over half of the salad was brown. I might understand a lil brown but half is unacceptable. Look I order from you guys alot & at the cost & what I pay if you all were running out of salad mix or it was looking bad than it should not have been sent my way at all. I love you guys everyone is always nice & the food is good but DAMN you all have got to do better...FOR REAL!!! In the end this has stopped me from ordering from you guys for a while but I still got nothing but love for ya.

HORRIBLE PLACE. FOOD IS OVER PRICED. PIZZA TASTE LIKE CARDBOARD. SALAD IS BROWN AND SLIMY. OWNER IS HARASSING IF YOU LEAVE A REVIEW AND YOU HAVE WORKED FOR THEM LIKE I DID AND THANKFULLY I SEEN HOW BAD IT REALLY WAS A WEEK INTO WORKING FOR THEM. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR KIDS TO WORK FOR THEM.THIS PLACE WAS GREAT UNTIL DENNIS PURCHASED THE PLACE. EMPLOYEES WHO HAD WORKED FOR THEM SINCE ZIGGYS FIRST OPENED HAVE ALL QUIT DUE TO DENNIS AND THE HORRIBLE WAYS HE IS RUNNING IT AND HE CAN NOT KEEP EMPLOYEES AT ALL. TAKE THE TIME TO GO INTO TOWN FOR PIZZA OR GO TO THE TOBACCO STORE FOR HUNTS PIZZA WHICH IS BETTER AND NOT OVER PRICED THEY ALSO HAVE UNLIMITED TOPPINGS AT NO EXTRA COST. DELIVERY IS ALWAYS SLOW AND TAKES OVER AN HOUR. STAY FAR FAR AWAY SAVE THE HEADACHE. WE ORDER A CHEF SALAD WITH FETA CHEESE WHICH WAS NOT ON IT AND THEY CHARGE ME FOR IT ALSO MEAT THAT WAS NOT ON IT ALL WE GOT WAS LETTUCE TOMATO AND CUCUMBER WITH SHREDDED SHARP CHEESE.WE CALLED TO GET OUR ORDER FIXED AND DENNIS WIFE WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND WE ENDED UP HAVING TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE BECAUSE SHE REFUSED TO REFUND OUR MONEY AND REFUSED TO TAKE THE FOOD BACK.

I think the food is really good, hints why I keep coming back and the staff are really nice and friendly. My only complaint would be they literally mess up my pizza everytime. I just wish they'd go a little slower and pay attention! I paid online and they don't send a receipt of your order which is a little frustrating so i never want to call and tell them my order is wrong with my ticket. But regardless its so good I eat it. Lol but overall good cute place

Ziggy's is an excellent local pizza joint with good local ownership. It's not 'fast food' so if your in a rush, I suggest you look for a large national pizza chain where they make frozen pizza someplace far, far away and then tell you its fresh. However, if you like good food made fresh by friendly staff Ziggy's is your place. Personally, I suggest ordering the super size when ordering pizza, especially if you preference is NY style. I always pick up but they're the ONLY place that delivers in Gladeville.

Enjoyed our subs. This was our 1st time there and we will return. Hard to find a real sub shop.
