After giving my wife a Raw bloody cheeseburger they try to justify it by saying that that’s just how they cook sometimes and then when they brought her out a sandwich to replace it this is what it looked like burnt to hell and head out burger burger from numerous rounds ago stuck to it because they don’t clean the grill

I really don’t know why I put up with this McDonald’s. It is, and always has been the worst place to go eat. I feel they have never got my order right in years. Something is always left out or wrong. Then too often do I hear the dreaded statement “please pull ahead” . Which is translated to “ We are going to forget you now,” I might as well be on the moon. They can’t see me once I advance into the abyss. Quite frequently do I have to go in and remind them I’m out waiting. I really don’t care about your drive thru times. You are severely inconveniencing me , to convenience you. I am only giving 1 star because I can’t give negative 5 stars. WORST PLACE EVER!

Horrible experience. I ordered biscuits and gravy, a sausage burrito, a mcgriddle meal and a big breakfast with hotcakes. I get to pick up my order and was only provided with a soda. I was told to wait in reservation spot 1, which I did for 20 minutes. Every other car that was waiting after me or waiting in the drive through after me for 20 minutes received all of their food before me. Cars that were in the reserve spot 2/3 and parked there AFTER me also received their food before me. I was told they were waiting on biscuits and gravy to be made and there were 4 of us that ordered. Even though I was the first, I was still served the LAST out of everyone that was waiting or in the drive thru. This is horrible customer service. I was told when I complained that I need to use the name FREEDOM to get 2 free meals, but they don't have the cards for me to prove it. I get home and I am missing the sausage burrito and the mcgriddle. This is completely unacceptable. I waited 20 minutes and for everyone to be serviced before me and the food wasn't even right. You won't ever get a penny from me or my family again.

Ok so I order one thing and it was you guessed it a frappe they asked me to pull forward and I always hate doing that at a fast food joint but I did meanwhile a man was pressure washing and the mist was covering a brand new freshly washed SUV and blowing in my driver's window and he failed to stop as the nice young lady carried out my open frappe I am a bit fickle and asked if he could please stop and for her to bring me one that had not been contaminated by over spray she did with a smile brings the new one out in a curled down bag cause I assume she didn't trust that he would stop I thanked her greatly and was impressed with her smiling attitude good for you girl that's how customer service should be you deserve a raise

EVERY time we go here they screw up the order. This time they gave us the completely wrong sandwich - and this was after we had to wait 5 more minutes for ORANGE JUICE that was basically just orange water. There was no flavor tk it at all. It wasn’t even that busy. So I don’t understand how this always happens. And they pay these kids $15 an hour? For what?

Absolutely terrible. We were the only people in line the lady told us they had somethings the didn’t but would ring it up differently so we could get it. They didn’t actually have it and had us trying to explain things to multiple different people for 10 minutes and ended up being late for work because of it. Learn how to communicate with people
