I am so upset. I bit into my biscuit and it was hard as a rock. Their price is high too no excuse for terrible service. Last time I will go there. I just threw the mashed potatoes away only thing I enjoyed was the chicken and tea. Get it together or y'all going to be out of business with service like this.

Everything I go to this KFC there is always an issue. Ordering a 10 piece meal and only receiving an 8 piece. Or being told to wait a moment( approx. 5 mins) to be told that they are no longer accepting orders. This is all since the new management has taken over. There is a church's chicken right across the street don't even waste your time here. I just moved into the area and will not be returning. Terrible service. Terrible food, often with mistakes in what I paid for vs. what I received. If we all stop giving them our money they will close and hopefully a restaurant worth going to will replace it.

Horrible experience. Food was old. We didn't get our full meal deal and we were overcharged and didn't receive a receipt. I called the manager ( new management) and she wouldn't give me her name or corporate number. Now mind you I wasn't rude and was only pointing out what was wrong and even told her that I had no reason for hostility. And honestly I didn't want my money back. I just wanted to inform management what happened. Obviously they are pocketing customers money. I'll never return to this location.

This place is a joke. The girl that took our order had an attitude the whole time. If you hate your job that much than quit. Waited for our food for 45 mins. Had to go inside to get our food. The girl slammed everything on the counter and threw our items in the bag. Very poor attitude. Kept glaring at us and throwing stuff around in the kitchen. Never going here again. Oh and they don’t give refunds. Pos.

Placed an online order tonight for pickup. Ordered and paid for biscuits. Ordered an paid for an 8 piece bucket. Got home and did not receive biscuits and had 8 pieces of dark meat chicken. Call the store and the girl tells us she's the only one working and to get a refund through the app. Worst customer service ever.

Their drive thru staff is so rude. They always out of stuff. Today the food was dried up and burnt. If I want good KFC I have to go to Sterling Hights location because I know they'll have chicken and it'll be good. And they'll remember everything you ordered. I guess I'll just go to Popeyes for now on.
