While are food was delicious, the service by our waitress left much to be desired. Someone needs to offer her some training! Attention to your patrons gives you a much bigger tip! Always a treat to shop the in the store while waiting to dine!

Was bad really bad. Hamburger steak was like a brick. Several people were returning food. The waiter kept coming and standing over us. We didn't get our biscuits until after we complained about the food. The food was just terrible. But the people were nice.. I didn't ask for another steak due to so many people were returning theirs.

Super busy given the day. Staff had a hard time seating us. We were a group of 16. Make sure you let them know your ENTIRE party has arrived or they will not begin trying to find a spot per the hostesses. Our waitresses, went above and beyond. All of our food was on point and delicious. Just wish we didn't have to wait 90 mins for a table when we called so far ahead and noticed staff 3 separate times that we had arrived.

The customer service is Excellent. The food is Excellent also.
This Cracker Barrel is better than the one in Gulfport. Waaaay Better!!! The time to receive our food was not long at all. The food was hot! My coffee was fresh and extremely hot.
We ate here on a Saturday morning around 8:30 am. It was PACKED!
If you are concerned about COVID, there will be alot of customers without masks. And if you aren't concerned about COVID, there will be many who will not be wearing masks.
There is plenty of parking in the front side and back of the restaurant. Access to the restaurant is not complicated. It is conveniently located on Interstate 10. Therefore, if you are traveling, you can get off and on the interstate without any complications.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that there may be a wait to get a table but it will not be too long. You can call about 15 minutes in advance to get on the list. By the time you arrive at the restaurant, you should receive a text informing you that they are ready to seat you.

It was awful.
It was so cold in there my food was cold before I could eat it.
All others sitting in same area had same problem.
They went to cars and got blankets and coats.
I got the server to address I but it had not warmed up any before I left.
I could not enjoy meal or get my dessert.
All I wanted to do was get out if there.

Great service by server, David. Eggs were a bit undercooked and delivered one short of order. Bacon was not crisp. Otherwise, Cracker Barrel is a pleasant restaurant for travelers.
