Came inside, ordered 2 sandwiches, fries and some nuggets. Literally took them 30 min to get me my food. Not because it was busy, But because they literally forgot about me. Even tho I was standing right infront of them the whole time. My food was cold by the time I got home. Not to mention they sh

I just bought a very expensive sandwich made of bread and lettuce. Also, when asked if they could cut it in half they said they were not allowed to but, they would give me a knife so I could cut it myself. They never gave me a knife.

Terrible service thru the drive thru and they completely ruined our pecan salad sandwich, it was all lettuce, they also complained to us about being able to cut a sandwich in half. Said they can't do it, we will give you a knife. We didn't get a knife.

Arby's make a good change from the usual burger fare. The food is generous and tasty. The seating area is pretty nice too. They could work on atmosphere, however. It seems kind of lifeless. Customer service has improved dramatically from the past.

Arby's is my go to when I need to get something quick and good. This visit however, was not the case. My wife and I shared a "Market Fresh" turkey and swiss sandwich. There wasn't any cheese at all and the lettuce seemed to be old and starting to turn brown. Very disappointed in this visit and hope

The fish sandwich was warm but not hot. The fries were cold. which is a big thing for me. As long as it took it Tge meal should of been steaming hot.
