Sanitation and Hygiene Issues!!
The employees move between the cash register and food preparation without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Employees handling cash really shouldn’t be touching food. If they need to go back and forth, there should be a handwashing sink. Also, employees shouldn’t have uncovered hair and beards in the kitchen. Yuck.
The counter employee was also not wearing a mask, despite it being required currently.

You need to focus on the little things such as customer requests and paid for sauces. I paid for a marinara, 2 ranch, and 1 garlic sauce. When picking up, we asked if all the dips were in the bag, which she had to then add. But she added 4 ranch, which was NOT what I ordered. The sauces are an ongoing issue for us. If they are a paid item, instead of free, they need to be in the bag!

KEEP THE RECEIPT BEFORE FINISH THE FOOD!
I got pizza from the work which my boss ordered for me. I enjoyed with my family. Then I found a man's hair from pizza. I felt really sick and disgust so I gave a call and they want me to bring the receipt which I don't have it because I got it from office.
I wan't looking for extra pizza or money back, I just wanted them to say sorry or they will educate employees so that it won't happen again.
People are having difficult times with this COVID-19 and people are thinking serious about it but I was really surprised that employees are not responsible.

I ordered my food online via the iPhone app for delivery. The food was overcooked, one of the pizzas was missing toppings, and the drink ordered (Dr Pepper) was replaced with something else. I have pictures of the pizza. It looks overcooked! I contacted the store Saturday morning at noon and the manager said only the evening manager can remedy the order. I gave them my number and they said they would call me back. No call received that day. On Sunday noon I called again, that manager said the evening manager from yesterday was not in on Saturday and will follow up with me later that Sunday. Still no call. I called back Sunday evening at 10pm. The gentleman said that the manager, Isa, was on break. He said the cook claimed the pizza was fine. However, again, I have pictures that shows otherwise. I'm tired of being lied to and given the run around. I have lost all trust in Pizza Hut. Lies and deflection of responsibility.

The group of people working when I was in your facility last weekend are excellent. Nowadays finding good customer service is truly an a anomaly. As a company, you are lucky to have these guys working with you.
