Trying this for a second time but still received poor service. I understand the kitchen gets backed up but communicate with your customers. We were seated in a corner and I felt forgotten. Very disappointed by the cold Chicken Katsu. The sushi was good but the experience was not.
Excellent hole in the wall Japanese place, which is getting difficult to find. Nice cuts of sashimi. Very good nabe udon - flavorful broth, soft and chewy noddles, perfectly cooked egg, and crunch fried shrimp on a side. A perfect dish with a glass of Sapporo beer. Miso ramen also has excellent nood
Sushi Kaya consistently offers delicious food in perfect portions. Service has been lovely and careful throughout the pandemic, and the one time an order was incorrect, the servers replaced it as soon as possible with grace. This is one of my favorite local restaurants, and the sushi options always
Tasty sushi for a reasonable price. They even gave us some extra miso soup. My one frustration is that their website menu doesn’t match their ordering site, causing confusion and delaying our order as we had to figure out which dish was which.
Warm atmosphere, friendly staff and definitively satiated our craving for good sushi!
This is a hidden gem! It's definitely the kind of place you wouldn't go to unless someone referred you. Here's your referral! The bento box is delicious!!!!
Lovely meal, all the sushi was very fresh. The spicy tuna hand toll was excellent.
The sushi was fresh, well priced, and delicious.. Which is a rare combination for sushi! We also got an udon dish, it was tremendous, with lovely sweet sauce on chicken. Highly recommended
