Super nice people and great customer service. The pastries were nothing special.
The eclair was okay. The pate a choux dough was pretty good, but the creme had no flavor. The raspberry bar was lacking raspberries and did not taste very good.
You cannot go wrong with any of the baked goods at Maier's. Donuts, pies, cakes, cookies, coffee cakes, dinner roles, bread loafs, hot dog and hamburger buns -- I've tried them all here. The donuts are the best in the area. You can also special order baked goods. I've ordered loaves of French bread
I was at a wedding this weekend where Maire’s had made and delivered a three tier cake and two sheet cakes. It wasn’t decorated, just plain white icing. It looks like they simply dirty iced it. They didn’t bother to clean up the seams for each tier. The sheet cakes were cracked and look like the
Special ordered a strawberry whipped cream pie and it was fantastic. Light, not overly sweet filling and real whipped cream topping - just like homemade. Ordering another for a special occasion. Also, best doughs and breads too.

Called to inquire about bread. Was put on hold for a very long time. Then when I asked about the types of bread was responded to very rudely. I normally don’t write reviews but I thought this time I should since the customer service was so bad I couldn’t even get the part of trying the food.
My favorite cake is white and chocolate layers with banana strawberry and whipping cream inside and out. Yummy .
