Rise Morrisville

I went to Rise for the first time today. I gave wanted a country ham biscuit for at least a week, so my mouth was ready. Sadly, at 9:30am on a Wed the Morrisville location was out country ham. Instead ordered the $7 Nashville Hot Chicken. The biscuit didn't taste of buttermilk, nothing special about it. The Nashville Hot chicken biscuit should be wrapped in double paper, the chicken filet wasn't completely dipped in the "hot sauce" part of filet that wasn't dipped was over fried. The taste was ok, did not taste like a Nashville hit chicken. Have to say I will not be rushing back to RISE anytime soon.

Order from here ALL the time & always enjoy the food. Poor review is for poor customer service. I placed an Uber Eats order and I ASSURE you there’s no place to add a sauce to your order on the app. I called the store multiple times, no answer. Texted my Uber Eats driver & asked her if she could get some sauces, she said they wouldn’t give them to her because there was an option to add & pay for sauces on the app. Wrong. Only the chicken strips come with a sauce. There’s no way to just add a single sauce if you get a biscuit, tots, etc. This is a common thing on delivery apps though. Small things like sauces & dressings aren’t always available to add so I usually have to call. Sauce is not the big deal, the big deal is you should always have someone answering the phone to deal with customer concerns. What’s the point in a restaurant providing a phone number if nobody ever answers it? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Too bad that the closest Rise to me is so mediocre, I do generally enjoy their chicken biscuits. Today there was only 1 lady in front of us and it still took more than 10 mins for 2 chicken biscuits and 2 tots. Got them home and they forgot the cheese on my biscuit and over half the breading fell off before I could even have a bite... Just do not think I will come back to spend $20 on mediocre food and incorrect order.

I just went into the Rise in Morrisville market today June 11th, 2022. The manager Marquall was not accommodative at all. I am on ww and wanted to scan the box of the Dr. Praeger’s vegan chicken bc I was started to count my points again for ww. The lady at the front was very helpful and asked him, but he said, “no, I cannot scan it”. That was horrible customer service. I definitely will not be back to this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a different Rise location even though it is further for me. He is a manager and should have known better. I will not be back. The only reason I gave it one star was bc of the lady that was helpful behind the counter.

I went today for the first time. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. The doughnuts are a bit more expensive than the standard Dunkin Doughnuts or Krispy Kreme, but are well worth it. They were waiting on the Raspberry filled to finish cooking, and happened to be out of the chocolate milk, so the guy up front let me have a drink on the house. Even without the drink, it was the best customer service I've had in a long while.
