Holy cow! My wife and I have been looking for Chicago Deep Dish pizza for some time and nothing met our expectations until today! We drove all the way from Burlington to try it out and it did not disappoint. I could tell you about the pizza and it's buttery, full crust and the delicious sauce and toppings. The food really speaks for itself but the service was phenomenal!! Friendly, attentive and very generous. We WILL be coming back plenty!!!

One of the few places open on Easter. We did not care for it. They make the pizza with the cheese on top- like the cheese is the last topping added…. (see picture) A solid layer of cheese forms and floats on top with all ingredients… just slides off the crust ….It does not stick to the crust. Very difficult to eat it, and we were not satisfied at all. Also, it had way too much sauce. Wasted almost $30 on a 16” pizza :(

Give them a try for your next work lunch! My team was delighted with their pizzas, pastas and salads which were all delicious. They have options for everyone: gluten free crust, veggie toppings, vegetarian pastas, all the classic meats, etc. The food was delivered right on time and very hot. We are already planning on getting more pizzas from them next time we are doing a group lunch meeting. Although I didn't try it personally, they also do larger corporate catering and I imagine it would be great. I fully recommend them for lunch hour around RTP!!

😁 (Update) I know. It seems ridiculous I was crying over garlic bread. However, in my defense, Ive been back twice and my lasagna, pizza & salads have ALL been FABULOUS! 💚🦋 I actually really REALLY like the lasagna and Rosati's monster pizza, double dough! My family orders weekly. Sometimes, the ovens have been down. That's ok. I still return. What I've noticed since the pandemic is that it doesn't seem like they 'care'. The last 2 times I've ordered, I haven't gotten my bread. Garlic bread, cheese bread, or breadsticks. It's actually annoying. Sunday, I braved the torrential downpours to get dinner for my family. I had the conversation about bread. Imagine my surprise when I got home and there was NO BREAD! I called, and the young man said 'Oh. Yeah. We left if out.' Then hung up. Um? I was beyond annoyed. Please teach your staff a simple phrase. 'My apologies. We will work on offering a better experience when you come back.' Or something! People choose to spend their money there. Don't act like we don't have other options.

A coworker told me about Rosati’s Pizza in Morrisville NC a while ago during a chat about Chicago style deep dish. The feeling hit me yesterday during my shift to “cook” for my family which is code for takeout 😊…anyway the reviews were uhh hum uhh but overall the food was always good. I ordered and drove the 22 min. Or so to Morrisville and customer service at the register was great - mask wearer and friendly which made me feel good about my 20% tip paid upfront in my online order. The reviews pretty much stated the food was good but I beg to differ, there was nothing good about the “Rosati’s Monster” no sir not good at all! It was PHENOMENAL!!!! I am a pizza lover! I know pizza at least I thought I did until I met the deep dish that is filled w/love and rainbows making the world a better place one customer at a time. This beautiful deep dish is filled w/deliciousness in the form of stupendous pepperoni, ground beef, bacon, green peppers, black olives, mushrooms, green olives, and cheeeeese!!! OMG! Did I say cooked well? I’m sure I am missing an ingredient but you get the point! OH!!! I also ordered the Caesar Salad that was beautifully prepared as well as the deep dish of layer after layer of deliciousness. I ordered online and received a 20% discount for 1st time ordering online after signing up (please don’t quote me my mind is still boggled by the deliciousness of the Rosati Monster) but I appreciated whatever amount it was off. The deep dish was worth every penny!! I would have paid more now I wonder how can I every go back to regular pizza again??? I’m seriously purchasing gift cards for Christmas. See you soon Rosati’s Pizza!! I have slices in the freezer but they won’t last long…promise!

As a native Chicagoan I was really looking forward to a Chicago style deep dish pizza. I was not disappointed! It had a most perfect crispy crust and perfectly filled with delectably fresh ingredients. I’ve never had mushrooms that tasted better than on this pizza, and the green peppers were flavorful and still slightly crisp. The chunky tomato sauce topping this pie really rounded out the whole gastronomical experience. Tonight I introduced my friends to Chicago deep dish pizza and they were totally satisfied. But they also learned each slice can be a meal. We only ate half of a large pie even though the manager did try to inform us we would have leftovers. That was fine by me because I enjoyed pizza for breakfast which was better than food at our hotel. Rossetti’s was recommended to me by a local resident (always a good indicator) and I can now recommend Rossetti’s too!
